據捷運站很近，員工很體貼

Breakfast was good, menu for hot food was changed daily for the 3 days we were there. There was a laundry room where guess were were allowed to wash and dry their clothes.

Room facilities need to be maintained. Aircon temperature could not be adjusted but staff provided me with a heater. Bathroom door knob was faulty.

Very good location, with restaurants, convenient stores, and cafes nearby. Also right beside a train station, making use of public transportation very convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with bottles of water provided every day.

駅から1分以内でとても便利です。清潔感があり、コメディも完備しています。 チェックインの時new year partyのrock zoneチケットを頂いたのはとても嬉しい！おかげさまでゆっくりライブを見ることができました^_^

強いて言えば、朝ご飯をもっと台湾っぽくして頂けると、外国人観光客の満足度が高くなるのではないかと思います。(満足しないリスクもあるかもですが…)

The location is very good and extremely close to a Subway stop. The room is a little small but comfortable.

You could not set the air conditioning temperature in your room and most of the time it's too cold as is the whole building. Expected more for the money

Friendly staff

The environment is really quiet and is almost without noise.

When I booked the single room on the Booking.com, my requirement is that my room should be far the elevator. After I checked in your hotel, your male staff of the reception desk said that the room type which I ordered couldn’t be far away the elevator. Thus, I just could accept to live in that room which was closed to the elevator. I was a little upset. After a while, I called the front desk in my room and complained to the female staff. At the end, this female staff who spoke a fluent Japanese was so nice to upgrade my room to be far away the elevator. Really thanks for her nice service.
