Large comfortable rooms. Would be ideal if additional chair and small table were provided to enjoy the room. Bathroom facilities excellent and spotlessly clean. Lovely common room on the top floor where guests can watch TV, make tea and coffee and enjoy a takeaway meal. Breakfast more than adequate. Beds extremely comfortable.

The staff were super helpful and very accommodating. We’ve arrived for a check in around 11pm and the staff were still able to let us in. Additionally, we had flight the next day but it was later in the evening which was passed the check out time but they were able to hold our luggage for a few hours as well. Nothing but great things to say.

exceeded my expectations! friendly, helpful, professional staff! secured parking, room decorated very pleasing to the eye, clean sanitized bathroom, wonderful breakfast, slept soundly in a comfortable bed. returning in a few days.

The location was in a quiet residental section of Puerto Natales. It was several blocks from any restaurants and points of interest. The young woman, who cleaned the rooms was very helpful and kind. She walked with me to the clinic, where I took my covid test for the flight to Santiago.

The mature woman at the front desk, did not speak English and had forgotten to return someone's identification. It was still in the printer when she copied my information. The young woman used her iPhone to translate for me. And helped me every way possible.

We stayed at Sheuen Patagonia women visiting Torres del Paine national park at a time where it was affected by Covid-19. The hostel was very comfortable, the rooms spacious and tastefully decorated, and the areas for common use were stunning. The building is the tallest in Puerto Natales and one common area has a balcony and 360 degree views of the sea and mountains. On top of this the staff could not have been more helpful and considerate at a time where their business was being threatened by the virus. Mucho Gracias and good look for when the restrictions are lifted.

The entire experience was beyond our expectations... the beds were great, the facilities very comfortable and secure, the breakfast with daily home made cookies and local berries marmalade was fantastic... the personnel and the owners attention to our necessities was highly appreciated. I highly recommend this place to everyone that want to feel welcomed from the first moment.
