La ubicación en el centro, calefacción adecuada, buenas camas Todo bien en cuanto al alojamiento.

Como sugerencias faltaron implementos de cocina, como posillos más pequeños y otros... Podrían ver un pasamanos en la escalera, para no apollarse en la muralla.. Y para los fumadores (aunque no se puede fumar dentro) que se coloque un recolector de colillas o un sector destinado para ellos, por un lado se ven feas en el patio y el humo desagrada a los huéspedes que no fuman, puesto que fuman en cualquier lado.

We were a group of 11. We stayed in 2 of the apartments. The apartments were cosy and situated in the centre of Puerto Natales. Beds were comfortable too. Hosts were attentive and available when needed. Would definitely recommend.

The place had a great central location, walking distance to main bus station, restaurants,stores and ocean. it was secure, had great showers! and comfortable beds. they were very accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage with them for FREE while we hiked the O trek!! very appreciated. the place was clean and looked fairly recently renovated/built. we were extremely happy with our stay here and would gladly return.

The apartment was spacious. It was clean nad nice to have 2 bathrooms

No shampoo or soap forcthe shower. There were no curtains in one room and the curtain down at the living area was broken. One of the heaters in the small room didnt work. I contacted the host a couple of times to get a scale to weight bags before departing and they replied late that no scales available. I also requested some type of shade for the room since it didnt have curtains and no answer provided. We ran out of coffe and we got a refill at 10 pm. The host was working somewhere else. I stayed somewhere else run by the same owner and was 10 times better

We stayed at the beginning and the end of a Torres del Paine trek. Cici is a fantastic host - personable, accommodating, informative. She went out of her way to help us with logistics. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and is conveniently located near town and the bus station. Thank you!!

No breakfast but the facility is new and clean and they stored our bags while we hiked the W Torres del Paine I would stay here again No hot tub but showers are great

Perfect location, walking distance from shops and restaurants. Host was attentive and helpful

The apartments were clean, and had all the items we needed for our short stay - towels, dishes, dish soap. The location is within easy walking distance of groceries, restaurants, and the bus station. Keyless entry was a plus, and we were able to store our luggage while we trekked in Los Torres. BUT - the best part was our host, Ceci. She was pleasant and efficient, and communicated brilliantly with us over WhatsApp to help us coordinate our late arrival/early departure outside of business hours. We cannot say enough about how positive this experience was. Perfect!

This property was truly bad. Firstly i had to reach out to the property to ask how to access it. There is no reception or human to deal with. I was told the door would be left open and it was locked. It was raining very hard and we were left stranded trying to access it and get wet. I asked for help via messaging but no answer came. In the ned we got inside but there was a bad smell inside the apartment like mould and we were sick for a week afterwoods. The only positive thing was it was quiet but we could not sleep because of the smell.

We had a really nice stay at Etnias Apartments. Although we never met the host, we were given all the instructions via WhatsApp. The apartment is very large. There are two bathrooms (one on the ground floor, and one on the upper floor), two big bedrooms, and one living area with kitchen. The apartment was very well equipped, and very well maintained. WiFi worked well. If you are staying in town, the apartment is within walking distance to the downtown area (and there's a grocery store 2 blocks away).

The parking is a little bit confusing. We initially parked by the entrance to our apartment, but were told to park by the wall instead (not to obstruct the window views). Otherwise, everything was great!

Cecilia waitedd for us to arrive and showed us how everything worked. She is a lovely host and was always available to answer our questions. She even organised our clothes washing which was really appreciated. She also called a taxi for us to take us to the airport and didn't pressure us to check out early. The appartment was warm when we arrived which is a nice touch as it was sleeting and cold when we arrived. The appartment is very comfortable and in a good, quiet location. Big bathrooms with good showers. Basically it's very good accomodation!

Everything was perfect really. The only suggestion I can give, is maybe to have some hooks or pegs to hang up coats because it can get a little chilly in that area and you need warm, chunky coats.

We love the property! Friendly hostess, Modern and new apartment, tasteful Decor, comfortable stay!
