I liked everything about this hotel. It is excellently located, very comfortable, clean, neat, tidy and quiet. Simple but with everything someone needs. The room was spacious enough, as well as the bathroom. The heaters worked perfectly, both the bedroom and bathroom had widows to open for fresh air. The staff was very helpful with everything that I needed or asked, always available. There is a phone in the room if you need to contact reception which I found extremely convenient. The breakfast was much better than I expected, with variety every morning. I loved that they offered a daily cleaning service (which I turned down because I want to spare an effort to cleaners) but it's nice to know that you have this option too.

Friendly staff and helpful as we arrived before rooms were ready. Booked a taxi for us to the airport and were helpful with our questions generally. Breakfast was okay, fresh basics.

The rooms faced the road and it was a little noisy but honestly for a night this was a convenient and comfortable spot.

Located right on the main street of Puerto Natales, Casa Patagonia is a good option for an overnight stay before heading to Torres del Paine or across the border to Argentina. It’s within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and bars, and 15-20 minutes walk from the bus station. My room was small but comfortable, with a modern bathroom and the breakfast was good value, as well as being available early enough for morning departures on tours or transfers.

The only window in my room was a small skylight, which could get claustrophobic if you had to spend much time there.

The room is really small and moving around is difficult since there is not much storage room if you have more than two pieces of luggage. The breakfast was ok. There could have been more choice.

It is located on the main street of Puerto Natales easily walkable to everything and not too far from the bus station so you can go into Torres del Paine very easily. The staff that worked here is super friendly and nice.
