I was looking for a hotel close to the airport. it claimed to have airport shuttle but that’s a lie. they’ll just call a taxi for you. it is nowhere close to the airport. They shouldn’t market themselves as an airport hotel. it’s deceiving.

Amazing customer service, we checked in at midnight and we’re still assisted as if it were 3pm. The room was nice and comfy, and the breakfast was yummy.

The bathroom in the room was a bit old, the drain in the sink was very rusted and water would drain very slowly, and the shower drain had an unpleasant smell. BUT for the price this was no big deal, everything was cleaned well and everything else was great.

I left a travel cup at the breakfast table. It was retrieved and kept in the restaurant until my return. That was great. I also appreciated the safe in the room.

I wish the refrigerator was colder. It was barely cool and there was no control to set it colder.

Very professional and friendly staff. wherever you need they are willing to help.

Modern design, friendly staff and central location. Beds comfortable, room clean.

It's a struggle to get cappuccino/latte in the mornings with breakfast (barista not available when restaurant is open for breakfast). Dinner in restaurant poor, breakfast limited choices for western guests. Hotel a bit run down and bathrooms definitely need to be gutted (our shower leaked, mouldy, falling apart). Poor sound proofing-we were kept awake 1 night with noisy guests. Unfortunately not many staff speak English so it's difficult to communicate even to ask for simple things like more towels.

Lovely and well-speaking English staff. They were very welcoming and accomodating. The room waa comfortable and great to stay in for a short amount of time.

A lot of dust came down the AC at night.

Great food , Winda at reception was wonderful and is a real asset for Harris Hotel !

staff are great, housekeeping team also excellent. I’ve managed to use the gym too. overall excellent
