Good location - Near Shopping Centre

Location very central, close to Orchard

General maintenance of the building is poor. Lot of moisture against the wall, 9th floor looks like an aftermath with wallpaper falling apart. No breakfast possible in the building, very bad isolation between rooms and with the corridor.

The hotel was at a perfect location, close to buses and MRT. Multiple late night food options was a plus!

The rooms didn't have bidet 😞

where do I start… the hotel is very tired wall paper peeling from the walls the pool area is very untidy and very noisy from Ac units staff not overly friendly and helpful the breakfast WELL 1. it’s in another crap hotel next door 2. you get a paper plate and plastic knife and fork (no thought for the environment) paper cup for your coffee, breakfast food was shockingly bad all of it we only went once after that when to eat out somewhere else. my advice it’s fairly cheap BUT better pay a few extra dollars and stay at the York hotel further up orchard road

Price seems high for the provided quality. OK breakfast, but more like 3 star level. Paper plates and plastic spoons are not so cool.

Great start, as we arrived in Singapore quite early and reception desk were really kind enough to give us an early check in without a fee. 1:30pm and we're in the room. Room is really clean! Couldn't fault it at all. The location is great, just along Orchard Road. Do donki - japanese supermarket is just few mins walk. Sadly we found out about it a day before we checked out. But anyway, overall good stay. Would surely come back to this hotel and will recommend to anyone who's looking to go round Singapore. Bus stop and MRT station nearby too!

location! the bus stop which can lead you to airport is just a step away! you just need to take 1 bus from that bus stop and it will take you to the airport. the bed is comfy! the stafffs are niceeee and helpful!!!!!

Drinking water system is confusing. TV channels are limited. Having to go to Hotel Chancellor for breakfast was also less than ideal.
