Bed mattress in 111 was very worn.

The capsules are really nice. The price is the same as a dorm room in a hostel but the capsule has a lot more privacy. The courtyard is very nice.

the location is great and staff was nice.

I stay downstairs and i literally heard everyone walks from the upper level. not enough storage space. I have seen many guests put their luggage in the walkway.

the location

the mirror glass and the two plugs weren’t working in by podbed. I told the person in charge about the issue and I said that someone will comme to fix it at some stage, but never heard from him again, which was quiet annoying. the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, (and I’m usually pretty easy on that matter) couldn’t sleep properly at all, and also found 2 cockroach in my bed the toilet and bathrooms were ok but only 2 of each in the girls toilet, and only one toilet in the men’s area, which doesn’t seem to be enough when you see the amount of people staying in the hostel. the kitchen was nice but small. again, definitely not enough room for everyone. over all it’s unfortunately a bad experience.

The localisation

The bedroom would need a good full cleanup. The humidity attacking the walls and the smell when you enter in the bedroom. I wonder if the bedsheets have been change between the previous guest and myself. The bathrooms are not handy.

location was great and nice outside area

cleanliness wasn’t great in bathrooms, beds weren’t made too well and kitchen appliances were scarce. Having said this, the cleaning staff seemed to be working much of the day! would have also been nice for laundry to accept card like most other hostels.

I liked the capsule beds and the hostel was very cute and on a perfect location

Communication with staff. I almost couldn’t get inside the hostel one night because of I couldn’t get the gate code working. I was very upset and scared when I couldn’t get in touch with the staff so that they could help me and thought that I would have to spend the night outside. Luckily some other guest noticed me and helped me.
