Central heating was not adjustable and could not be turned on by us as guests. There should have been a guide as to how to do this.

The food as and drink ordering app was not easy to use. Food wasn't great

Ideally located as caravan is within easy reach of a nearby beach , park and nature area which was fab as we travelled with our dog. Paignton is a 20 minute walk.

Caravan is next to road which leads to reception and clubhouse, which was quite busy. However it has a secure deck for peace of mind if travelling with pets or little ones. Mattresses are a bit firm but that's generally the norm.

The pools were great for the kids. The location was beautiful and the Caravan was spotlessly clean!

The slides were closed in the pool my son was disappointed. But with current restrictions we understand this.

Lovely location, fantastic caravan - modern, spotlessly clean, well equipped throughout including wifi, comfortable and spacious with amazing views across the bay from the large veranda. Really responsive and helpful hosts. The park has very good facilities including 2 pools and is within easy reach of lots of local attractions, beaches, local shops etc. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic stay

Very clean, warm and comfortable. Really good wifi, linen and Club passes were included which was very convenient. Great check in procedure and very helpful and responsive to any questions or queries. Thank you.

Tree branches kept banging on the roof in the wind making it difficult to sleep. Very limited electrical sockets. Lighting is very dim.

Excellent van, couldn't fault a single thing.
