Personal de recepción muy borde específicamente Veronika. La limpieza deja muchisimo que desear porque habia muchísimo polvo de echo lo hemos limpiado nosotros para poder dejar las cosas. Habia polvo por todos lados. Bajamos a recepción reclamar pero habia bastante gente ya que Veronika trabaja muy lento y es desesperante. Solo habia una persona en recepción siendo fin de semana. Hotel en obras olia a pintura y material de obra eso se deberia de avisar. Habitacion muy estrecha habia que pasar de uno en uno y de lado para caber

Lieux surclassement compensatoire à mauvaise expérience antérieure. Chambre. Suite super petit déjeuner parfait. Petit couac au départ. Malgré une réservation 2 lits séparés nous nous femmes retrouvés avec 1 grand lit. Mais la réceptionniste a changé très vite en 2 lits.

The stuff was good, friendly and helpful if needed. The hotel's location is perfect, at the centre near the park with the river, close to squares, a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and bars, everything just around the bend sort of speak and even on foot. The room was very descent, clean, regulated temperature, bed very comfy (even though a bit tall for some others), endless warm water in shower, and a big TV, and fast WiFi. The hotel has a spa/gym with good and clean facilities, which was free of charge.

The location is good, and the hotel itself is nice. The building is beautiful. The bed was huge and we liked the windowsills

For a room for a couple, they only had one chair, I mean come on! So one of us had to sit on a windowsill, while the other could use the chair. No proper cupboards, just a shelf for clothes and even that was too narrow to put our things in. The bed is huge, but it was broken in one place. So the mattras was uneven when you got onto bed. The table was too small, and it couldn't fit our things. The cleaning staff had no schedule, they would come at random times, and we could never figure out when or if they would show up at all. So the room itself was cleaned just once. When I booked the room, I was certain that the price included breakfast, unfortunatelly that wasn't the case whn we arrived at the location.

Für eine Comfort Suite eine schlechte Ausstattung des Badezimmers: Ein winziger Waschtisch. Kaum Ablageflächen für die Toilettenartikel. Dusche entsprach nicht der auf dem Foto – die war wesentlich kleiner. Wasserdruck teilweise sehr schwach. Sehr kleiner/enger offener Kleiderschrank Keine Garderobe für Jacke/Mantel - man musste den Mantel mit anderen Hemden, Hosen und Anzügen in den kleinen offenen Schrank quetschen. Sehr unbequem für eine Suite!! Das Frühstück war eigentlich ausreichend von der Auswahl her. Allerdings war nur der Kaffee heiß. Eierspeisen, Bacon, Würstchen waren schon kalt, als man die auf das Buffet gestellt hatte um 7 Uhr morgens Es gab 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser in der Minibar auf dem Zimmer (für die Tee-/ Kaffeezubereitung). Die leeren Flaschen wurden am zweiten Tag aber nicht mehr ersetzt. Sehr kleinlich für eine Suite

Bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, uitstekend ontbijt. De kamer was praktisch en comfortabel. Het hotel is in een oud gebouw maar heel modern.

De loopafstand tot het oude centrum was wat verder dan verwacht. Er is wel beperkte parkeermogelijkheid bij het hotel zelf maar niet gratis.

Я не в первый раз тут оставалась. Но в этот раз был запах от канализации , но к утру прошло . А ещё головка душа была такая уже староватая , вода в разные стороны. Но это мелочи .

La cercanía al casco antiguo mediante un agradable paseo por sus 2 plazas principales. El patio interior que da entrada a su recepción bien iluminado.

En mi habitación, pese a estar renovada según la recepcionista, la nevera no funcionaba del todo bien. No enfriaba lo suficiente y productos precederos los tuve que tirar al segundo dia. Esa es, sin embargo la única pega que le pongo al equipamiento de la habitación.

Personnel très accueillant et efficace pour résoudre rapidement les petits problèmes (Merci et Bravo à Beata). Le spa est impeccable et de haute qualité (Hammam, sauna, jacuzzis). Établissement idéalement situé.

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue donc un peu bruyante mais rien de grave.

Aamiainen monipuolinen, mutta pekonit, nakit ja kananmunaruoat joka aamu kylmiä. Sijainti kiitettävä.

Sängyt olisi voineet olla matalampia. 155cm pituisena vaikea nousta vuoteeseen.

Situate a short walk from the centre this hotel gives you warm, happy feeling, reception with a bar and comfortable seats, the staff is very helpful and welcome. The room was a good size with very comfortable beds. The sauna, steam room, gym, spa are very new and very comfortable. Good price too.

To be honest I was pleased with everything.

The first room I was offered was really nice, but there was a loud 'gushing' noise from the air conditioning system even though this was switched off. I had to swap rooms, and was given a 'standard' room (I hadn't realised the other room was an upgrade). This had no air conditioning, which didn't bother me until I opened the window to get some fresh air in - there was an extremely loud noise from an external vent outlet somewhere near the room which made it impossible to sleep with the window open. In all other aspects the room was comfortable, but I really need a/quiet and b/a room that is not too stuffy in order to truly get a good night's sleep, so sadly this room failed on that count.

Bra läge och bra pris. Personalen trevlig. Fin byggnad. Fick ungefär vad vi förväntade oss av ett trestjärnigt hotell. Mysig bar

Ganska dåligt städat. Slitet och trasiga detaljer i rummet. Handfatet placerat så man knappt fick plats på toalettstolen.

Bra läge, trevlig personal. Jättefint rum, blev uppgraderad utan extra kostnad.

Lite störande trafik utanför om fönstret var öppet.

Nice and clean room with a walking distance from the city center. Breakfast was great! No complaints, its cool that I could buy it day by day even if I didn't book it in advance.

The room was smaller than in the pictures. Also the slanted roof was annoying.

no aircon in a room exposed to the sun. couldn't change room due to availability. no minibar, or just a small battle of water. tv was extremely slow that i couldn't understand if controller had low batteries or wasn't working at all. I just left and booked in another hotel.
