Nice comfortable room with A/C

Last orders in restaurant were a little early

What a great hotel ! , We just needed a one night cheap stop over and was pleasantly surprised at Blancos. Rooms were clean and huge . Bathroom was also huge . Breakfast was included in the price and although was a little poor with selection ie no pastries just English fry up and a bowl of fruit salad with yoghurt , it was delicious . We ate at the restaurant on the evening and the food was lovely and well priced. The hotel was very busy with many guests , so obviously well known in the area and used a lot. Its in a great location .

We arrived very late after an evening with friends , we basically were locked out of the hotel at 2.30am and it took a long time for the night staff to unlock the door and let us in. We were told the reception is manned 24 hrs and our late arrival would not be a problem yet we stood in the rain , banging the door , ringing the doorbell and phoning the number given on the door sign , getting slightly concerned we would not get in . We did see the funny side of it and it did not cause any issues with the rest of our stay.

Room was lovely, bed was very comfortable and definitely larger than a double. Room was nice, clean. Staff were great.

Wasn't very keen on the look of breakfast but I'm a fussy eater, partner did try it said and said it was okay. We arrived late because of work so missed the restaurant hours but would definitely come back and try evening meals.

This is a locally-run alternative to a Premier Inn in terms of room size and layout. The big plus is that it has a large on-site restaurant with a well-stocked bar. The meal quality was very good, as was the service.

My room door rattled at night when the nearby corridor door was opened causing a rush of air down the corridor. Mind you, it didn't keep me awake!

It's always a good place to stay, never any issues and a really good breakfast.

Nothing, everything was really good.

Location and facilities were good, although some fittings are looking a little tired.

Breakfast menu was awful. Just basics and no concessions to medical dietary requirements.
