Clean, location is great , close to lots of restaurants including fast food restaurants also supermarkets and shops. Very close to tram station as well as train station. Staff are friendly and helpful

The location was nice, it has connections to public transport and you can find stores by walking 3 minutes. The hotel itself is not bad, but I had a horrifying experience.

I stayed in the hotel 2 nights. Everything looked normal, the room was nice, bed was comfy, people was nice. A pretty solid hotel. The second day, house keeping service tried clean the room. I was inside and told them that I won't be needing any cleaning. Later they called to the room's phone to make sure I won't be needing any cleaning service and I confirmed it. I went out for 4-5 hours and when I came back the door of the room was completely open. No sign of cleaning service. Thankfully everything valuable I had was either on the safe or in the backpack I carried with me. I went to the reception desk to complain. They told me that cleaning service was not responsible since they took note that I didn't want any cleaning. The girl at reception told me she had no access to the cameras, but that her manager would be there next morning at 6:30. Next morning I went to the entry desk, a different lady was there and I told her what happened. She told me the manager didn't arrive yet, but that the 1st florr didn't have any cameras. She told me they couldn't give me any explanation of why my room was completely open. The hotel was nice, I have been in way worse hotels. But it's the first time this happens to me. If I cannot feel safe in my room, there's no point on booking there. The fact that the lied about the manager and the cameras, and weren't able to provide any explanation didn't help either.

Close to the Oerlikon station and to the public transport. That was the only plus of the hotel. The location in a quiet neighborhood and fast access to everywhere in Zurich by public transport is wonderful. The hotel bar is nice and friendly.

Our room was very humid and everything became wet due to that. Even an open window didn't help. One day out of the four nights we stayed our room hasn't been cleaned and although the towels were wet (due to the humidity in the room they couldn't dry) and the bin was full. The wake up call we asked was 1 hr earlier due to the end of the summer saving time, although we reminded the receptionist it about to happen that night. The hotel is far from justifying the price. It is not in the center and its standards are way below *** Swiss hotel

Location is very ideal. Near to the train station and there is also a farmer market.

Very good value for money and delivers on what it says it offers.

Nothing to complain about!!

Breakfast was good. The staff was very professional and polite.

It was a little bit hot during the visit but the AC didn't work and the open window took directly in the cigarette smell and loud speaking from the neighboring room's balcony. (Fortunately it was problem only at one of the nights.)

No breakfast included. A bit too far from the city centre but it could be reached by a good tram service.
