Beautiful house in historic neighbourhood.

The house is in a very peaceful area, that you can reach in 10/15 minutes walking from the city center. The owner is very friendly and available for any needs. At the same price is rare to find accomodations in the city and with the private bathroom. There is a also a water kettle and coffe machine. Even if the room is not particularly big, there is everything you need and well organized. I'll definitely choose this place again if I need again an accomodation in the city.
Since there are other rooms for other customers at the same floor, it can happen to hear noises if people come home later in the night. I report this since it can bother some people (it was not a problem at all in my case).

Good location and very friendly host.
The bathroom smelled very strongly of bleach and you could hear every little voice from outside the room, incl. People returning at 2 am.

Staying at the Boutiquehotel feels like visiting friends. The villa is in a wonderfully quiet area, but you reach the city centre very easy - a lovely walk at „Parklane“ and you are there. We will be back in case we come to Eindhoven again.

A very atmospheric place, decorated interestingly and practically. Located in a very nice district.
The owner is nice at first contact, but a little bit strange, because he has a grudge against guests that the stairs in his house creak...

This is a very nice private house, not a hotel. So, probably there was a misunderstanding on my part of the meaning of a "Boutique Hotel".

The Hotel is made with lots of love and passion, with music lovers who can enjoy records Or CD.
The beauty was the loft area.
We had booked 2 rooms for 6 of us.
Wash room was inufficient for 4 of us considering the occupants

The room was nice, clean and spacious . The host is very friendly and helpful.
Every thing was ok, except.... the weather 😊 but we got used to it in the end, so we definitely will love to visit again.

Jos was very welcoming and a great host for my whole trip. The hotel was in a beautiful and quiet location but a short walk away from the city centre. A perfect room for a solo traveller, very comfortable, clean and convenient. No faults at all and would highly recommend. I look forward to coming back to stay again!

We were only there for one night but was a comfortable stay with lots of eccentric pieces scattered around the place. Location is very nice and a short distance from the center.
The photos are a little misleading and parking is on the street.

superb location in beautiful and safe area of town, easy walking distance to the city centre. Found a free parking spot close by as described (only 1 street next door is free parking, the rest is paid). Very kind owner who arranged an earlier checkin.
Unclear to me if there are any common rooms or if it’s just the bedroom? No info on the WiFi (at least not in the room), indeed very cold at night (I’m used to more blankets in winter) took a long time to warmup and fall asleep. Not cheap for a B&B without breakfast.

Very nice, safe area. Cool decor and clean room. Nice welcoming staff.
A bit far from the centre, but there is a bus that drops you off close to the hotel.

The room is cosy, the bed is just amazing. The ensuite bathroom was very clean and the water power is great. It's very easy to park for free. The area is green, calm, very beautiful.
3rd floor by narrow stairs, if you have health limitations or heavy luggage it's a pain.
