The location of the hotel is near to the train station.

Toilet is not attached to the room.

I really liked the central location and the helpfulness of the staff. Special thanks to Gregor for reacting quickly and efficiently to any issue and resolving iy immediately. I would recommend the accommodation for its convenient location and the great staff!

Close to everything

The street is noisy at night with 3+ strip clubs within 100m. Windows are very good at keeping the noise out but it can get quite hot and stuffy with the window shut.

The mother, daughter team of Stella and Victoria that run this pension are both super nice and welcoming. Very close to all transportation and it is a good value in Munich

It is super centrally located, 2 minutes walking from the main train station. The price is comparably cheap for the center of Munich.

The cleanliness level could be higher. It was seen that some trash and items were not picked from previous clients, like under the bed. Dust around and some spots all around the floor. No breakfast available. Very loud street outside, clubs, cars. No air conditioning is available, you sleep in the heat +30 during the summer. No normal soap/shampoo/disinfection is available in rooms. No card payments, only by cash.

That it was close to the train station. Also that it had an elevator.

Where do I begin? For what we paid for it - we expected something much nicer. I guess we expected the same as what we got for the same price in other cities and countries, which is a lot more. The room felt like a hostel dorm, even though it was a private room. Same dingy feel you'dexpect with a dorm room. Furthermore, the toilet had the most disgusting stain... the room didn't have aircon, which was torturous in hot weather. There was no kitchen or room for breakfast (there was one, but we weren't allowed to use it). There was no kettle to make tea or fridge. The location, while close to the train station, was lined with strip clubs and dodgy creepy men hanging around in cliques. My recommendation: don't stay near the train station. It's just not worth it. You can get something so much nicer for your money if you stay in a nice suburb somewhere else. Or better yet, if you're here for Neuschwanstein Castle like we were, go straight to Fussen. Our biggest regret was not staying there - it's so beautiful, safe and peaceful there!
