Location was convenient

The door lock was difficult to lock and unlock.

Spacious and clean. My family loved it. The security people there are extremely wonderful. Very friendly and kind.

I didn't like that there was no fan in the main hall and the master bedroom

No one inform us that the Apartment was under refurbished. Building was being painted, the workers just simply jump into our balcony level 4 and start painting. At least we should have neen informed.

Staff are so friendly and always try to help us. We highly appreciate their support.

Wifi doesnt work (or super slow). We almost could not use wifi. Furniture are very old. Sink at kitchen is stuck and inudated.

the location was perfect. the staff Ms.Cynthia was really helpful.

the TV wasn’t functioning well as there was no correct manual for instructions. The whole stay we can’t even use the TV. the toilet was clean but some how there were cockroaches and bird nest at the toilet window is unacceptable. And one the water hose was leaking.

Strategic location near the courtyard. Staff is friendly and helpful, explained well when we move in.

The room lacks of plug. One of the rooms doesn't have any plug. It's difficult to charge the phone especially at night. The WiFi is very slow around 5mbps. The guard during the night shift is sleeping. Lol

Ms Yati and Ms Cynthia was very kind, considerate and helpful..very spacious and clean everything works well.. highly recommended.. strategic location..

Very close to georgetown town. Easy access to food. Easy to park since parking is at ground level, only downside parking bit tight if u drive mpv
