Never met any staff but they did call when I text to enquire about a locker. I had to make a noise complaint any they text the next day to say they spoke to the people responsible to ask them to be quieter which it was the second night. The facilities were all shared as expected, it would have been so much better to have large lockers in the rooms with keys more readily available. This was my first time in a shared dorm like this and it was uncomfortable to share with strangers. Nowhere safe to put belongings other than under the bed or next to you in bed as you sleep. The bunk beds were comfortable but low so easy to hit your head. Bonus that the sockets were next to the bed. Shared fridge had room for my things you just need to keep them in a bag.

Lockers in the rooms would have been nice.

Room was very comfortable, got a good night's sleep. Staff friendly and good selection cereal/bread/tea etc for breakfast. Easy to get to from Sheffield centre.

Bathrooms weren't very clean. Bedding was clean but the room itself wasn't very clean. One of the bathrooms didn't lock properly.
