Un hôtel très bien situé, avec une piscine agréable d où la vue est magnifique. La plupart du personnel est aimable.

La chambre ne correspond pas à la réservation. Une personne de la réception n est pas aimable. La journée "Baleines" est très mal organisée

Ubicación e instalaciones

Lentitud extrema de los empleados. Costos no explicados, cobraron más de lo que decía la reservación y encima cambiaron la habitación. Me cobraron como si fuera twin pero me dieron una de una sola cama.

La ubicacion, el desayuno, la vista al puerto, las camas y el balcon.

Sauna dañado desde hace mas de un año, piscina le falta limpieza y mantenimiento, las sillas y asoleadoras estan viejas y deterioradas. Las cortinas deterioradas. El personal poco calido. No hay control de fumadores. Hace un tiempo habia un parrillero de comida oriental y thai... ya no se ve. La nevera de la habitacion se demora eternidades en enfriar... No levantan con frecuencia los platos sucios de las mesas, el lobby no tiene aire es un infierno!

Sehr nettes personal Gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück.

Trotz bitte und Erläuterung der Situation ließen sie nicht zu die Reservierung auf eine Nacht zu kürzen. Ich weiß das Hotels dies tun können genau wie Booking. Aber hier geht's wohl mehr um den Profit wie um das wohlergehen oder Verständnis der Kunden. In anderen Orten macht das jedes hotel. Hier geht's wohl nur ums Geld. Daher werde ich nie mehr hier her kommen. Danke für die Menschlichkeit und das Verständnis. Ich reise sehr viel und empfehle noch mehr. Aber dieses Hotel wird nicht mehr dabei sein.

The maids and the girl from the restaurant/bar were amazing! the rooms were pretty cozy too.

When I arrived to the hotel I was told I could grab some. breakfasts. Mom grabbed some cold eggs (as the buffet was pretty much over) 2 slices of cold bread, some fruit and coffee. I grabbed a bit of the leftover eggs, some juice, and 2 slices of whole wheat bread. The bread was terrible, the eggs tasted awful as they were the leftovers from the morning. Well it turns out u could have ordered fresh warm breakfast from the menu… didn’t know that and I was never told that until the day I left. I was charged for 2 full buffet breakfast… like for real? I just paid cause I didn’t wanna argue with anyone. Also the menu is pretty Poor… you can find better dishes 1 block from there and they’re cheaper too.
