The service was excellent

The rotary restaurant was good but the seafood was pricey and servings were small, The meats were great. Also they gave us an attire requirement which we complied to but everyone else was dressed in shorts.

All the facilities of the hotel were great, unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the pool because the weather was not that good, but the gym was very nice with a great view. The room is spacious and the bed and bedsheets are top quality, amazing pillows too. Breakfast was delicious, with a good mix of local food (arepas and fruits) and regular hotel breakfast (like bread and eggs). I also had the opportunity to try the room service and the experience was also great. I highly recommend this accommodation!

It's quite far from the center city of Pereira( (30 min by car), where you will find all the restaurants and coffee places.

They charge tax to non Colombian residents so the value offer by booking is different of what you end up paying

The beds were comfortable and breakfast was great! I was not happy they did not have a bell man to help with luggage. It would really be nice to have someone greet you at the front to help with luggage

No help with luggage and did not love the bathrooms they seem dated and need upgrading.

The hotel is amazing, the location and the staff are 10/10

It gets very noisy, the walls may not be thick enough and we could hear everything from the room next door: tv, conversations, furniture being moved. That could be a little frustrating. Our stay was really good, and the check out time is very comfortable.

Great breakfast value and the staff at the restaurant was very helpful.

The gym is very limited for example only two running machines and one was broken. Room cleanliness was questionable; the internet in the rooms was a challenge as well.

Beautiful building, friendly staff. A real Colombian hotel experience. The transportation services booth manned by Veronica at the front entrance was a life saver...she sent us cabs all over the city even when we were stranded at a restaurant and couldn't get a cab, we whatsapped her and she got someone there in 2 mins. Staff were overall so nice. Overall an amazing value, rooms were beautiful and spacious.

Everything else was a little rough around the edges. Check in times for our party were all over the place. Hot water didnt always flow. The food at the downstairs restaurant was kind of tasteless and a few basics were missing. No tea available even though I asked for tea bags for 3 days straight. Coffee was terrible (although more attuned to local taste). Most worrysome, no emergency stairs that we saw, and we were on 6th floor.
