There was nothing much that I liked about the stay. I read the earlier reviews and thought it was a good place to stay with family and it was the right opposite. No proper entrance to get to the room. All the rooms are on the first floor above a pub/bar.. I checked it around 9 pm and the place was all noisy due to the bar downstairs and some sights not suitable for children.
There was nothing much that I liked about the stay. The rooms were not very clean and there was a lot of noise as well. The bathrooms were not clean up very well. The room windows opened up to a metal sheet roofing which made the rooms feel ever more congested. The bathroom door handles were broken. The pillow and towels was very dirty. I hardly spend one night at the place and for sure not going back again. Again as mentioned the rooms were just above a bar and pub with a lot of noise and there was no proper entrance and had to get my elderly parents walk up a step metal stairs on the back side of the hotel which is accessible via an alley.

The reception and she said also that she is the manager of the hotel.
My booking was one room she told me that i must book another room for my 20 month child and if i don’t agree i can go to other hotel, which wad impossible because i was tired i have bags and my wife is pregnant and i have 2 child and one infant she spoke to me with no respect i am a flight engineer i travelled to many countries I never treated like this before i will stop dealing with booking because of this.

Room had AC, TV, water kettle and a small desk. Also, the lighting options were good.
I didn't like that the bathrooms were shared, also, some basic stuff weren't really provided to the room like water bottles, or a number to call room service. Also, the light in the bathroom has a weird voice, the sink inside the room isn't working properly.

Everything is good to stay close the train station , supermarket and staff are so friendly and kind.
I thought they have laundry service but not at the moment.

The shared bathroom, was not cleaned well, or at all. The room was too small. The room was never cleaned, the toiletries was never replinished even though I stayed there for 4 days.
Even though smoking was not allowed, some guests did, I could smell it in the corredor.
Some guests were too noisy, slapping/knocking on doors at 11 pm, speaking loudly in the corridor, etc.

The price was reasonable
I didn't like the fact that the TV channels were not working. I had to set them manually. The Netflix channels were not working at all. So I had to put up with normal TV with annoying ads.
I wasn't expecting the shower and toilet to be outside the room. That was very inconvenient.

we did not like anything. the experience was very embarrassing and upsetting.
The top quilt was fill of blood which was covered by the quilt cover.
my daughters hands were full of dust when they touched the window.
there was a used water bottle placed on the table when we opened the room at first.
there was kettle but no tap to refill the kettle or any access to drinking water.
the bathroom door were broken and could not be locked. so insecure.
the room that we had booked was not cleaned or ready for us to use. staff apologised and gave another one😒.
the bedsheets were covered with some food crumbs and rubbish which was covered with quilt.
