The room air con is not cool.

The staff is nice and friendly

Room, bed was well maintained

Bidet missing in toilet. Wash basin clogged. Bathing area not clean and tools broken. TV has almost nothing to watch. Parking is poorly managed.

Location next to Gleneagles Hospital.

Poor wifi. Speed insufficient and my devices needed to log in after each time I left the room/hotel or re-started (as this was the same across all devices, I assume it was not my issue). In addition, the plumbing system was noisy. It seemed that when other people were using water, the noise in my room (402) was unacceptable.

The breakfast was good.

The enter parking, there was no guard or security to open the gate.had to wait for long time. The room curtain was teared. Air conditioning was not cold very quickly. Hot water only ok on 1 day only. 2nd day, I had to shower with cold water.

This is known as 4 star hotel but its old with lousy service. Security guards at the parking lots are rude. Parking lots are not friendly at all Also the sea view is fake, you can only see half of it cuz there is a huge buildong blocking the view and hotel rooms are available at low to mid floors only.

Overall was good and satisfying. but the room was not soundproof.
