Location was very center and near beach, room was clean and service excellent.

there was coming some disturbing noise during the night from restaurants near hotel.

Fantastic location in the vibrant old town. Charming and unique hotel with everything one needs at the doorstep. My room on the third floor was perfect in every way. Frederigue was so helpful as I had a late check-in - she provided me with exact, easy instructions to get myself settled. Loved this cozy hotel. I had the little green dorm at the top as my room.

The restaurants stayed open late do it was very noisy, take ear plugs. Wifi was non existent during weekdays but worked ok on weekends

Very bad stay, just a way to sleep indoors. Never return. Old structure, third floor without elevator, the door between the room and the bathroom was not there, the bathroom has a small bathtub but being under the sloping roof you cannot shower standing up, the personle is in the hotel only a few hours , the path in front of the hotel entrance was always totally occupied by the tables of the bar next to the same property. When I said that I had the right to enter without asking the people sitting at the tables to move around, I was told that that was busines. What else to say, you feel just a tourist, a tool to take money with the minimum service.

The location was great .. But we are OAP.. So it was very noisy with music playing until 2am ..from bar over the road ..Great for young couples..

The late music at night .. I think it could do with a makeover In the shower room ..

We booked for 2 nights and were in the attic room which was cramped due to the sloping ceiling, in particular over the bath which made showering for a taller person difficult. The next morning Frederique (the manager) was able to move us to another room on the second floor which was perfect. This hotel is surrounded by very popular restaurants and bars in the Market area so there will be noise at night time but if you are a late night reveller you could just fall up to your bed. There is no lift so if you have heavy cases beware. There are electric fans but not aircon in the rooms (local regulations as it is in a historic area). Leaving the windows and shutters open at night would have allowed in a lot of noise from below. All of the above were well notified so were not a surprise. What we did not allow for was that we would have a heatwave for the two days we were there with temp at 42' but that is not the hotel's fault !

Aircon but we understand why they are not allowed put it in place.

Great location, very clean and comfortable rooms with double glazing and fan. I was worried about the noise but with earplugs I couldn't hear a thing. Fantastic communication before my stay.
