Schöner Spa-Bereich. Super Frühstück! Einfach alles!

Zimmer könnten modernisiert werden aber nicht dramatisch da wir eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren.

Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut. Das Fitnessstudio ist super ausgestattet (inklusive Handtüchern und einer Wasserzapfsäule inklusive Trinkbecher). Der Saunabereich ist sehr groß und schön und wurde erst vor ein paar Jahren renoviert. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, ich fühlte mich sehr willkommen. Die Ruheräume waren großzügig und ich konnte wirklich sehr gut entspannen.

Das Fitnessstudio macht erst um 8:00 auf - für Frühaufsteher könnte es etwas eher aufmachen.

Überragende SPA- Anlage! Hier kann man wirklich ganz toll entspannen und es bleibt kein Wunsch mehr offen. Super Service! Wirklich sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Frühstück war auch mega. Tolle Saunen und Duschen! Besonders gut hat uns das Teezimmer vor den Sauna Bereich gefallen. Hier konnte man doch schön aufwärmen und einen Tee oder Wasser trinken. War wirklich sehr gemütlich und entspannend.

Nur eine Kleinigkeit die uns am Zimmer gestört hat. Es gab wieder nur an einer Bettseite eine Steckdose. Im jetzigen Zeitalter wäre es schön wenn jeder Partner über Nacht das Handy laden kann.

Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel und intelligent aufgebaut, das parken war umsonst, das Personal was sehr höflich und zuvorkommen. Wir konnten unsere beiden Hunde mitbringen und es standen bereits Näpfe bereit. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Das Essen war vorzüglich.

Excellent breakfast with lots a choice in juices, yogurts and made-to-order omelets. The location was very nice next to Seefeld (walking distance) and a short drive away from Innsbrück and the Swarovski museum

Our first room - deluxe double was facing the Main Street so it was a little noisy. But we manage to change to another room without problem

We were off season so the price wasn't high, the indoor pool was kinda warm but could be a bit more. The bed is huge and comfortable enough, the location is just out of seefield but we had a car, i think the bus get there. The stuff were nice, the breakfest was ok and the view is beautiful, even though we were facing the forest from a low floor. The room itself feels a bit old but big, the shower isn't great and the toilets are very small. We ordered room service and they charged us 12 euro for the service without telling us beforehand, it was half of the bill.. but actually no one in Austria told us when they charge extra so 🤷

All things was so good, we really enjoyed our state.

Very nice location that is also easily reachable by train (10min walk from train station to hotel). The rooms and facilities are clean and we had a wonderful relaxing stay there. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

1. Spa, Sauna and pool areas are very good. 2. Very good undergrad parking. 3. Good deserts.

1. Bed was hard could have been much softer and comfortable. 2. Food was OK, not the best I have had in Tyrol and Austria.

nice room, very large, but decorated a bit "old". the food was of high quality and tasty. the staff tried their best (though knew very limited English), but it just wasn’t a wow experience. And for this much money, I excepted to be wowed. Can’t say I’d recommend it or want to come back. It’s very close to the ski lifts which is great but 15 min walk to town (20 min for the way back as it’s uphill) and probably not as doable when there is snow (unless you have a car or take a cab).

I stayed at other 4 star hotels (in other cities/countries) that were cheaper and offered more - a larger spa, more variety for dinner options, etc. so this is why I am disappointed when compared to this experience. The spa was particularly disappointing. They advertise it as if it’s huge but there is only 1 pool (with inside and outside sections), the water is too chilly, and there is no jacuzzi. There are 3 saunas allowing textiles and 4 more in the “adults” section. That’s it. The half board dinner was too expensive for what it offered, at 45 euro pp with no “a la cart” option.

pretty old rooms. spa opened only till 8 pm despite “ski to door” sign - to the nearest ski-lift you need to walk up hill, so it is more convenient to drive these 150m with car and park in parking near the lift. To my understanding “ski to door” option - gives possibly to go directly to slope with all equipment. location and inside interior of room is overpriced
