Buena ubicación, desayuno completo y buen servicio
En la habitación había suciedad,aire acondicionado xon hongos ,pusimos ventilador de techo y salto todo el polvo que había de no limpiarlo,en el baño un enchufe estab suelto y no se podía usar

La ubicación, la tranquilidad en general en la zona de piscina, comedor, actividades, la parte de animación muy muy bien ! Me lo pasé muy bien hacen que te animes y diviertas todo el rato

Location. Amazing view if you choose room with balcony and sea view, totally worth the extra euros. Hotel has a rooftop 6 floors above McDonald's with huge potential to become a chill/ happening bar- terrace with one of the best views in Tenerife. Quality of breakfast buffet was good.
No parking or save location to stop the car to drop off luggage before going to find parking somewhere else but it is understandable since it is all pedestrian around the hotel. Hotel needs major renovation.

The location of the Hotel is excellent.
Check in at 3pm meant a huge line of people checking in at 3pm. The patio door to the room did not open and we were told it could not be fixed until the following day - we booked and paid extra for a room with a balcony we wete then unable to use. We were only there for 2 nights . The door to the room did not work and we were locked out. A technician did come, drill out the lock and fix it. No manager on site to help us and the receptionist unable to authorize even a free glass of something to make up for the balcony or room door fiasco.

Lovely original Canarian courtyard garden , super relaxing area.
Pool area is lovely and well kept.
Bar staff very friendly and efficient. Bar prices very good.
Location is just amazing. We had a sea view balcony room and just loved the beautiful view of the harbour, martianez and promenade walkway . It was great watching the real life buzz going on .
A kettle in the room would have been nice for an early morning cuppa.

The (original/initial) design/architecture of the building; hence, today, there is not much to enjoy as the building’s interior has suffered a couple of renovations over the years.
Tacky infrastructure, furniture. Overcrowded and cafetaria-like dining hall. Lack of lounge(s), peaceful inner garden and pool area; there really is no space/place to go. It is part of the mass-tourism complexes and shops lining Puerto’s coastline.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful and very touristy area, full of shops and restaurants, but all goes quiet after 22:00, we could only hear the ocean during the night. The view of the ocean from the balcony was breath taking.
The bed was huge and confortable. The breakfast was very diverse. The staff were nice and helpful.
There is a spa and even a ping pong table.
The cleaning of the room could have been done much better, there were traces of cleaning with a dirty mop or water. I suppose that, as everywhere, there is lack of personnel and they don’t have enough time per room.
The ping pong rackets which were lent to us (for free) were the dirtiest and greasiest I have ever seen. I washed them myself.
But the view from the room, the price of the hotel and all the other advantages made us tolerate all the inconveniences. I would still return.

No shuttles to / from the airport Tenerife South. Only taxi (too expensive) or public transportation (min 1 h 45 min)

Great location right on the boardwalk by the ocean downtown. AC, mini fridge, small but comfortable enough room, good value.
Wifi is excruciatingly slow - like dial up speeds. There is no parking, which was a shock. You have to find city parking, often many blocks away.
