The hotel was bad at language and not present. My hotel room was very run down and very dirty. For the price an insolence and directly insult.

In parts the room was very dirty. I am not complaining about the bed or bathroom, but the were many dead insects in the lamp, windows very dirty and cobwebs in multiple corners.

I was not able to stay at the property. The hotel had the entire reception and restaurant area under renovation, uninhabitable, dirty. Although the room was not affected, I could not stay in those conditions. There was no staff, there was only one manager and you couldn't ask even for a bottle of water. I asked for a refund but they were very rude and I didnt receive any compensation. moreover I had to incur in extra costs to stay in other hotel.

The pictures posted on Booking are not real. I reserved this Hotel as I liked the pictures but the reality was totally different.

The staff was very friendly. Even though they were quite busy with the renovations they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of well.

It was a little bit confusing coming in to the hotel. It doesn't have a normal lobby and I wasn't sure where to go.

Location was good.

They had no reception desk. The water temperature was very inconsistent. We were not told beforehand that they were renovating and that there would be noise during the day. No warning was given that the water would be switched off during the day. The owner had a poor attitude towards complaints.

I chose a double bed when booking, but got two single beds.

Finding the main entrance was not obvious. They were also changing locks at the time so waiting for that was inconvenient

The breakfast listing is in error, there was none. The staff, a young couple running the place, were wonderful, helpful, very pleasant. It was just a few steps away from transit stops, take tram 709 from the train station for a direct route, and close to the Flingern neighborhood.

A hair dryer would be a nice addition, along with a water kettle for making coffee or tea.
