The location is beautiful and peaceful!

I had informed the management twice about the AC not working, one was when we arrived, and the second time was in the evening. Both times we were told that they'd send somebody over to check the room. No one showed up. We ordered lunch, in spite of calling for room service to get the dishes cleared, they waited till the night to have someone pick it after asking multiple times.

Location and the small building almost like an old house rather than commercial property. The security guard and houseboy was very helpfull.

The drawers, cabinets, mini fridge were all dirty. It seems these have not been cleaned since ages and there is no supervision to check the cleanliness of the rooms. All water pipes were covered with thick layer of scales. The faucet and other pipes made a horrible sound as water poured out. The water was also turbid and not clear. We were two adults yet they provided only one cup in the room, so had to ask for it. One glass was extremely dirty which raised doubt in my mind regarding the cleanliness of the other one...in short not an ideal hotel to stay with family. There are multiple options available nearby if you are concerned about health and hygiene of your family.
