Very central easy to walk to bus/train terminal. All the restaurants are around, Enrico showed me where to go and extremely helpful. Clean big room. I had a wonderful stay.

Enrico was a great host, really friendly guy with a good knowledge on where to go and eat and see everything around the city! Accom is right in the centre and room was cleaned everyday! Thankyou very much and we will be back!

the only thing is the wifi was a bit weak, but will not affect the overall score we are giving as everything else was perfect!

The bed was not great. It was not a real bed. they had converted a sofa like structure to bed. It was little squeaky and not so comfortable because I prefer a soft bed. But it was not so bad either. They didn't replace towels every day , even though they come for room cleaning everyday. It was only replaced alternative days.

Everything! Place, location, kindness of host....he let us make even ultralate check out considering room was free and we had late flight in evening. Fully reccomended

The location was very good. Close to everything (shops, restaurants, and supermarkets). 5 minute walk to the train station. If you want to go to the beach Poetto (if you don't have a car) you can take the bus at Piazzale Matteotti or in via Roma and in 15/20 minutes you are there. The host, Enrico, was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious.

A suggestion for Enrico. He gives you the possibility to have breakfast at a bar nearby(you can choose from a croissant or a few other pastries and juice or coffee). Unfortunately I couldn't eat anything because since I'm lactose intolerant the bar didn't have the option to give me anything that was vegan. So I had to go buy my breakfast and the owners of this bar are EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional..so Since many people nowadays have plenty of allergies and intolerances he should choose a bar that has more options (to eat) since breakfast is included in the price.

the location was perfect. The location allowed us to park nearby at the port, we loved the square it was in. Ownership was responsive and helpful. The size of the apartment was large enough to live in for multiple nights and it was great that the property had a mini fridge.

Steep steps to our room. Unfortunately there is reconstruction on the other side of our small street, so it was noisy.

Location was great. Enricho was very helpful and recommended restaurants, buses etc etc. Check in etc very efficient. Room size and bathroom was as expected.

Stains on a pillow case and on bed spreads. Definitely need more storage space, ie drawers perhaps. Also need more sockets beside the fridge. We had to unplug the fridge to plug in the kettle.

Lovely stay in the heart of the city, many attractions nearby. Big, clean room with everything you need. Very helpful host.

Breakfast can be improved, but it is Italian standard, i suppose: a croissant and coffee.

The place is in the center of town, at a stone throw from every interesting spot. And you have breakfast in the morning on the now empty and silent square.

Breakfast was ok but not great. The room is the heart of the city, facing one of the nicest little squares of Cagliari. Unfortunately it is also a crowded place and the chatter goes on till very late at night. So forget it about opening the windows to breath some cool air! Better use air conditioning.

Really nice room, with big bathroom. Location is perfect - just in the city center, close to bus/train station and next to restaurants and caffè.

Unfortunately there is no balcony. But the room is still great.

The owner is super friendly and helpful. He suggest what is worth to see or eat. We were impressed. The location in the city center but the window keeps the silence in the room so even the guests of restaurants down the apartament are not any problem.

The service was very friendly, the location is superb. The beds were comfortable and clean.

The room is a bit small for a triple room, the same goes to the bathroom - there was not enough place to organize better towels and etc. for 3 persons.
