Convenient location to airport.

It’s close to the airport. The room was clean.

Well I’m not sure why the rooms have bunk beds. A double and a single would have fitted in that room with same limited space left over. Also more than one pillow per guest would be nice.

We booked due to close proximity to the airport for an early flight.

This is was by far the smallest hotel room I have ever slept in. It was expensive too, because the Grand Prix was on that weekend, value was so poor considering what you got and the size of the room. Also the location was not the best in the end, we had to walk in the dark at 5am across roads and that was the only way to get to the airport. They don’t have a shuttle bus. Next time I would pay slightly more and stay at the Park Royal

hotel was hard to find, even for my local friend who dropped me to the hotel.

i was put on the 2nd level with a load of luggage that needed to be taken up the stairs. no lift.. the receptionist did help take up my bags however getting them back down wasn't good.

Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer die nicht funktionierten (Ablauf am Waschbecken war schwerfällig, Fernseher flimmerte) die man leicht beheben könnte.

Hand towel needed in the wash sink area. Stairs and carpet needed vacuuming.

it did the job - a bed to put our head down during a long flight stopover snd cheapest option.

Was difficult to find while walking with all our bags due to lack of hotel signage when coming out of terminal and no shuttle bus and no internet access to help us navigate. Room was so tiny, Booked a family room with two singe and a bunk bed on top. My 16 yr old and I could barely move around with all bags. Shower was good and powerful but nothing fancy, was like a shower room/toilet enclosed cabin. Floor got so wet after shower and not nice having to toilet after as floor was soaking for ages. Woken up in middle of night a few times when noise of other guests arriving. Bed comfortable enough. Had to visit another hotel for a decent dinner option.

expensive; but it was clearly as advertised, and much cheaper than other two hotels. We only had 8 hours between flights.

Fairly close to airport but 10/15 min walk to terminal, taxi didn’t show up and it was raining so had to walk at 4am

Good location, well signed to walk from the airport with luggage. Comfortable bed, clean reasonably spacious room. Helpful, friendly staff.

Need an elevator. Two flights of stairs with luggage not good. Also, the door handles are a bit dodgy.

Location; better organised breakfast service than Ibis Budget in Melbourne CBD!

Shower pod design does not prevent water getting on the lavatory floor.

poor maintenance - gaffa tape holding down carpets. the room door locks didn’t feel secure. no shuttle bus to the terminal. the shower room thing was very noisy. the mattress was hard and uncomfortable.
