-Very poor choice of food compared to previous years. -Unfriendly sale staff, chief special. -Wi-fi very complicated to log in. Every next use requires loging with all date.

First of all I want to point out that we have enjoyed our stay at Çınar! The food was good, the location was very good, we could reach everything very easily on foot and the staff was super friendly. You can't do anything wrong for the price.

It felt like the staff were working 24/7. Nevertheless, they were highly motivated and extremely friendly. You can see that there is a lack of personnel and that the employees are running to the limit.

This hotel is clean as hotel can be! People working there are amazing, hardworking and extremely helpful. They are taking it to another level. Hotel has everything you would like and actually need to have on vacation. Location is amazing, pool is very big and super clean. Rooms are comfy and cleaned up every day, with a towel change etc... Food is delicious in super clean restaurant with a variety to choose from for each and every meal. Double sea view room has amazing view. Beach part is having and upgrade, it seems that it is getting a bar there from what it looks like that looks amazing and beach is taken care of every day and it was clean as well.

I only liked its location and the view, but it was a bad experience regarding the service and staff

The management is not professional and the service was extemely bad.staff are mot cooperative and very tough in dealing with clients, it was the worst experience i have ever gone through in Turkey though I booked many hotels but no one was as bad as cinar . I would not recommend it to others nor would stay in this hotel

The hotel was very nice and clean. The location was great and the view from our room was stunning.

There was no wifi at the whole area of the hotel - only in our room. Because of the COVID-19 situation, we were not allowed to pick up food from the buffet. We had to ask the staff to do that for us, which is more safety and we understand that, but we don’t speak Turkish and it was a great challenge to explain “egg” for example :)

I am sure that this is the best hotel in Sarimsakli and in the whole region. The staff were more than helpfull and pleasant. Food was very delicious and you can choose beetwen a lot od dishes. Rooms are nice with magic view.

I liked the sea! It was one of the cleanest and one of the most calm sea I've ever seen. A bit cold though but not the fault of the hotel definitely.

First, it is quite difficult to understand the address and find the place because the adress you get from Booking.com takes you to the Ayvalık when actually the hotel is 10km away in a different place called Sarimsaklı. Definitely something to pay attention to. Second, none of the staff is speaking any English at all. It was quite difficult to explain anything that might be bothering you including the check-in itself which should not be that big of an issue. Next, we had two rooms and one of the rooms was cleaned only at the third day of our stay. Sanitary facilities (Toilet) at the beach are very poor actually you have no access to it. You can go there only if you ask for a key every time from the guy in charge of a beach. Furthermore, on our last day they were forcing the quests to move from the beach because they wanted to remove half of the beach beds and parasols. This was done in a quite rude way and not to mention that there were guests who were just coming to the hotel. What are they going to use? I cannot say food is bad, but you constantly have pretty much the same menu with only the slight changes every dinner. Lunch is not included when making the reservation via Booking.com, actually there is no even an option to choose it. And if you decide to pay for lunch at the place, DON'T!! It is definitely not worth the money. Except for the small amusement park near the hotel there is no enough things you can do to entertain yourself in the evening.
