The host was wonderfully helpful, giving us maps and personal recommendations for food and sightseeing. The place overall was clean and presentable. It was a fairly short distance from the main train station and for the price, I doubt you can do better. There is a little area with tables that you can use for having food or coffee, and a tiny balcony overlooking a little garden for some fresh air. The elevator worked well most of the time (unless someone forgets to close the doors when they get out and it gets stuck on that floor).

Like many Italian B&Bs and even hotels, the beds were extremely hard from an American perspective. The bathroom was also typically Italian with a small shower and noisy toilet.

Great location and friendly host. Took his time to give us some tips on local attractions and restaurants.

Everything was perfect. The location is at about 15 minutes walk from the city center. The host is an amazing person, he took the time to stay with me and show me on the map where are all the must see attractions of Florence. He even recommended some great restaurants. The room was very clean and there was a cleaning service everyday. The place was really quiet and the beds confortable. Thanks for everything!

everything was perfect about our stay. Niccolò was great from start to finish. He took time to sit down with us and guide us through a city map of Florence and give top tips for places to see and things to do. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The air conditioning was fantastic, especially when it reached highs of 38•C during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the complimentary cold water and toiletries were a nice touch. Location was good and close to the main train station. The area was quiet, so sleeping at night was not an issue. Shower pressure and temperature was also very good. We would definitely recommend to anyway thinking about coming to Firenze. Grazie Mille. A presto!

The shower door was slightly broke and kept getting caught. Nothing major just something small that was a bit annoying.

The room was absolutely beautiful! A mix of classic and modern made right. It was elegant, tidy and clean! Amenities were offered and the price was reasonable! The host was superb! He was kind, friendly and helpful! He gave us amazing tips for sightseeing and food and was. The locale was great. It was very close to the historic center and also close to different stops of buses and trams. An absolute must!

A man who welcomed us was very kind and friendly, gave us advices on what to visit, how to get to the main attractions. Room was very clean and spacious, all toiletries, water, etc in place. I did expect way less for the price we paid!! Would definitely recommend. And it’s close to train station (we cared about it) as well as centrale mercato.

Toilet can be included with cleaner tap same as in normal western toilet especially in Double twin room since I have booked Double twin room, and once we complete our usage, as there is no separate cleaner basin in Double twin bathroom to clear our ass and we have to use only toilet tissue paper. It would be better if there is a wet absorbing mat kept next the door of shower, we can use to remove wet from our foot.
