Sehr vielfältiges Frühstück, nettes und sympathisches Personal. Wegen defekter Klimaanlage haben wir winen Ventilator bekommen. Badewanne!!!

Die altmodische Einrichtung lässt das Zimmer ungepflegt aussehen. Klimaanlage ohne Wirkung (Zi 51, in Zi 52 konnte die Klimaanlage wegen fehlender Regler nicht eingeschaltet werden) dadurch sehr stickig und warm im Zimmer. Teppichboden wurde nicht richtig gereinigt (Zi 51, es waren Haare von früheren Gästen auf dem Teppich). Duschvorhang in der Wanne war sehr unhygienisch...

Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe

Alles. Die ruhige Lage nahe Hauptbahnhof und Main.

Praktisch gelegen neben dem Hauptbahnhof. Zimmer geräumiger als in moderneren Hotels. Sauber und praktisch.

Zu Fuß gut erreichbar vom HBF

If you're looking for a comfortable and central place to stay in Frankfurt, this is a great option. It's close to the main station and the city centre, so it's perfect for exploring on foot. The room was spacious and the staff were really friendly and helpful. There's a fridge in the lobby where you can always get soft drinks and beer. You can park your car in the courtyard, which has a disabled parking space and an underground car park accessible by lift. There are only about 7-8 spaces in total, so it's best to book in advance. Parking costs 20 euros per day (including overnight parking until 12 o'clock the next day of departure), but it's great peace of mind if you want to keep your car close and have access to the reception 24 hours a day.

It's not a 5-star hotel, it's a very solid 3-star hotel, don't forget that, and if the soap dispenser runs out of soap, just ask at reception and you'll be helped immediately.
