Beautiful Beach-Front Townhouse!
Nuestra casa frente a la playa en la comunidad cerrada de Palm Cay se encuentra en New Providence, Las Bahamas.
La comunidad ofrece muchas comodidades, restaurantes, un puerto deportivo, pistas de tenis, parque infantil y piscinas.
La casa tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 1/2 baños y capacidad para 6 personas.
Nuestra casa es una esquina final de 2.000 pies cuadrados en 2 plantas se reparten varios servicios que harán de su estancia más cómoda y agradable, como conexión Wi-Fi a Internet, lleno de A / C, una TV de 50" con servicio de cable e internet, una al aire libre Barbacoa y, sobre todo, una hermosa playa y aguas turquesas para bucear en sólo 3 pasos hacia abajo desde el porche y justo al lado de la piscina.
La planta baja está en baldosas de travertino, mientras que el piso de 2 niveles tiene bambú.
Después de un día increíble en la impresionante playa privada, disfrute del lujo de la ducha de lluvia y cuerpo con 2 cabezas en el baño principal.
El maestro tiene una cama de matrimonio, mientras que los dormitorios 2 y 3 tienen una cama de matrimonio y 2 camas individuales. Cada habitación tiene mucho espacio de almacenamiento y armario. Hay 2 balcones, uno en la primera planta con una escalera de 3 pasos que te lleva justo en la playa, mientras que el segundo es en la 2ª planta en el dormitorio principal, frente a sus aguas color turquesa de palma Cay.
En el primer nivel hay una sala de polvo, la cocina con la parte superior de los electrodomésticos de arte, el amplio salón cuenta con sofás muy cómodos, bellas pinturas europeas y obras de arte. El sistema de entretenimiento incluye un gran televisor de pantalla plana que ofrece canales de televisión por cable, internet, música.
Palm Cay tiene la mejor playa privada de la isla, con un bar Tiki y casa club. Si te gusta el tenis, tenemos canchas que se pueden reservar y un parque infantil.
En el Palm Cay Marina hay una cafetería que sirve café Starbucks y está abierta para el desayuno y el almuerzo. La comunidad Palm Cay se encuentra en el lado oriental de la isla y sólo un corto trayecto en coche a Atlantis y el centro de Nassau.
Nuestra comunidad está protegida con una entrada cerrada y Marina cerrada. Tenemos 24 horas de seguridad aquí para que todos se sientan seguros y cómodos.
Pesca y excursiones en barco se pueden reservar en el puerto deportivo con el maestro de muelle.
En nuestra casa club puede disfrutar de deliciosas comidas y tomar un cóctel en el bar TIKI con los pies en la arena.
Los jueves por la noche hay películas gratuitas para familias y los viernes hay música en vivo y pizza en la casa club.

Brilliant.
Great property. Amazing location. Super facilities in the property. The private Estate where the house is located, is nice and safe.
The beach front position of the house is amazing. Stunning views. We enjoyed the views, in rain and sunshine.
Really nice large outside decking. BBQ was a nice feature.
To use the Estate’s gym and main pool, you need to pay $99 per person for 3 days. I didn’t bother, and didn’t miss it! Do some press-ups, and swim in the sea/pool right next to the house!
If you meet Guy (another host and resident) say “hi” to him. He’s often in the beach with his son, is friends with the owner, and will strike up conversation. Don’t be shy, chat! It’s what we’re all here for! Lovely man, and knowledgeable about the island and area.

Stayed at the property for 11 days and was blown away by the views and location every morning when I woke up. Open the dining room doors and the beach is ten steps away. The pictures are what you get. I’ve been scammed before so was dubious in booking but wow. Just wow. Sorry to leave. Kitchen is well stocked with every gadget you could think off. Air con all round the house. Subbed, chairs, tables, canoes, snorkel gear you name it it’s there. Very clean and presented. I can’t help but give 5 stars about it all. Thank you for an amazing trip.

We are a family of 5 who stayed for 8 days in this immaculate home. The listing is just as described, but the view is indescribable. Everything was perfect. Our host was readily available and answered our questions. We rented a car and enjoyed sightseeing on the island. The grocery store is a quick drive. The on-site restaurant and cafe were wonderful. The pool is directly to right of the home and suited us perfectly. I would describe our family as seasoned travelers and this was the best experience yet. Thank you!

Wonderful property. Spent almost every day at the beach. Lots of snorkeling (decent fish, etc). Access to boats, gym, restaurant, bar all costs extra so skipped that. Would definitely visit again if in Nassau

We had the best time. The house is immaculate and very beautiful, well maintained and nicely stocked. The view is spectacular. The beach side restaurant/bar and marina is a huge plus. Andrea, the property manager, was so attentive and recommended restaurants, beaches, excursions (I highly recommend Sea-n-Tings for the best custom boat trip with Captain Owen). We can’t stop talking about our trip. We’ll definitely return.

A beautiful unit; everything was absolutely perfect, just as described. What sets this villa apart from others in the development is the extra large wood deck extending off the covered ocean side porch, with two umbrellas, six lounge chairs, a grill, and ample cushioned seating. Also, the Starfish Isle pool is right next door to the unit, which our grandchildren loved. The host for our week, Andrea, came by the morning after our arrival to meet us, and answered all our questions, and was available throughout the week. We enjoyed the Palm Cay amenities including the cafe and the Pink Octopus restaurant just a short walk from the unit. The beach and ocean here are just fantastic, and there is a kayak for guests to enjoy. We could not have asked for more.

Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s much nicer than the photos appear to show. We’ve rented many vacation properties, this was the cleanest one by far. Close proximity to the beach made it very convenient for us with a 2 year old.

Great relaxing place
The property was very clean, well maintained, and had everything that you would need on a trip. The beach is very clean as well. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. Both the owner and property manager were engaged and communicating before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Paradise at Palm Cay
The pictures can’t do it justice. Those are 10 foot ceilings and 8 foot sliding doors. The waters are clear and you can snorkel right off the shore. The beach is not crowded and the deck is beautiful!

Christmas in Paradise!
Our family had a wonderful Christmas at Maria Cristina's property. The unit is amazing...unbelievably close to the water. The view from the front door when we entered is amazing and the weariness from our travels melted away. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved having the pool just steps away. The community is very nice and we loved the bar and restaurant. Maria Cristina was great to deal with and always replies quickly. Overall a wonderful experience.

What's a wonderful vacation
The house is furnished beautifully, clean, and well equipped. The amazing beach is only 10 steps away, and the pool is right next to you. What else can you ask for....
Tracey, the manager, was very nice and helpful. We were so late due to the problem with rental car at airport, but she waited for us to walk us thru the house.
We had a good time and cannot wait to go back.
