Location is great, central to all shops and restaurants and attractions, Staff are helpful and friendly, The Hotel is quite and peaceful. Old property but maintained, it could get better with more maintenance. Wifi is good and free. Good Value for money. Reception staff are super helpful especially Mustafa and Ahmed. The GM Mr Essam is also very helpful and friendly and attentive. The Bell Captain AbdulMajeed is a handworker and great asset to this hotel, I will post his photo as a good recognition others are also nice ( Essam and Amro).

In the beginning of my stay few issues with the room but it was nicely handled by the GM personally and they moved me to a better room.

The breakfast is good and many type for selection. The location is very easy to find.

The Pos machine doesnt work well and i have to go to the ATM to withdraw cash to pay for the room charge.

WiFi isn't working at all except in the lobby..there are no non-smoking rooms,so I could smell cigarettes all day long..there is no kettle in the room

the room need to be clean from top to bottom, everything was damaged, during the night one can’t sleep with the noise coming from outside, no facilities, no safety , the lift need to be changed.

A very clean hotel, staff are extremely friendly, laundry service is amazing & quick, Room Service is very efficient and helpful. My business appointment was at the embassy of Slovak Republic so it was extremely convenient Location. Nice cafés and restaurants one step away. Banks & ATMs are very near. Perfect Stay!

They only don't have all food items at the food room service menu, however, the items they have are very delicious 😋
