bathroom painting was peeling… old

Facilities are great. I had an issue in the room, and without hesitation, I was moved to another room, a better room.

Pool water was noticeable muggy, but I think its just the nature of it, the pool is surrounded by trees and lots of leaves fall in. It gives it a unique look YET, I would not consider this "bad thing"

Loved it ! More than I expected servers where super nice and would start my kids waffles as soon as they some coming in which was super generous. Loved that they would wash your car daily. N gym was a bonus. Also location is perfect !! Definitely planning on staying here in the future

Really good food and clean

Took more than 20 minutes for hot water to come out and had to open the sink hot water also so the water was waiting for a long time. The cable was not working and the telephone did not work. The lamp by the night stand did not work at all.

Location, amenities specially thier garden with guava trees, personal service was super great.

Bed was a bit stiff

Breakfast was included in the price, which was great, didn’t have to leave the hotel. The beds are really comfortable. The most helpful, respectable and generous staff. One of your beloved and the most sweetest staff was Gina, which I adore, ( rest of the staff are great). First day I was there,she greeted and treated me like I was family. Meson Hotel has hired the most wonderful, and most respectable staff I have ever met.

Needs slightly better wheelchair access.

The rooms on the new building are perfect

The only two women that work on the breakfast buffet are super rude everyone else is very nice. They where super rude to me and my family they feel like they own the place.

Breakfast Buffet and hotel was nice.

Avoid rooms near the parking lot you can hear the noises outside the parking lot.
