Apartment with the view directly to the bay and historic centre. Parking in front of building, not much traffic in the area. Good equipment.

More attention to detail in cleaning will make this apartment even more unique place ti stay.

Loved the breakfast

Check-in-time was too late

We were contacted by the owner before arrival with exact coordinates. We specified him the exact time of our arrival just before our arrival at the place where the owner was waiting for us. The appartment handover was quick. Payment was possible only in cash. A small room with a nice bathroom, as part of an apartment building without reception. Parking for guests included in the price right next to the apartment. For breakfast we went to a local bar which was 10-15 min walk away. There were two different places/bars to choose from for breakfast, but the second one was a little further away so we didn't try it. On departure we threw the keys in the mailbox - very easy.

We would have liked more storage space around the sink in the bathroom, but that's just a small thing.

Breakfast was very fine, we could choose between 2 bars in Chioggia.

Everything was super. Great view on harbor, exceptional location, free parking (quite unique for Italy) and breakfast at the restaurant (included in the rate).

The apartment is situated at the laguna, a few minutes walk from the old city center. The windows of the bedroom and the kitchen are facing the laguna which is just so good to look at after waking up. Our host Mattia and his brother were extremely nice and helped us in all sort of ways, e.g. gave us suggestions about what to do, stored our bikes near their bar during the nights and told us a lot about the history of Chioggia. The breakfast is served in their bar in the very heart of Chioggia and one can choose from brioche or a variety of sandwiches, with water, coffee and juice included. Our 5-nights stay was spotless and Mattia and their kindness and help made it exceptional. His recommendations of restaurant were excellent! We ate so much good fish, cozze, vongole. 😋 Chioggia is a real treasure box, so as Casa Lagunare and we definitely plan to return soon. Grazie Mattia! ☺️

Matteo met us at the apartment and showed everything. The apartment was excellent and an added advantage was it had a washing machine. Breakfast was at a bar in the main street. Thank You Christina for looking after us, and speaking English was an added bonus.
