An sich sehr schön gelegen. Toller Blick aufs Wasser! Aber man muss den Lärm wollen, der bis 22.00Uhr unerbittlich auf den Hotelgast von der Promenade eindrischt. Bei mir waren es mehrere Gesänge gleichzeitig, nur aufgelockert von Hupeinlagen ankernder Restaurantschiffe. Wer es ruhig(er?) mag, ist vllt auf der Stadtseite besser aufgehoben. Dann aber ohne den phantastischen Blick vom Balkon! Tja - ansonsten…. In die Jahre gekommen; erbaut wohl Ende der Nullerjahre wäre aus meiner Sicht eine gründliche Auffrischung fällig. Ich bin nicht empfindlich, aber vom Baufach (und da wohl schon kritisch). Ich hatte mir das Hotel am Ende meiner 5 Wochen Vietnam gegönnt - es war mit einigem Abstand das teuerste meiner Reise, aber bei weitem nicht annähernd an den besten Unterkünften dran. Außer beim Frühstück - da reichte es von Vielfalt und Auswahl zu Platz 2. Und: Es war sauber, das Personal freundlich.

The reason why I booked this hotel was the Location and indeed it was the only Location that convenient to our family.

It’s the worst hotel we’ve stayed with old & tired rooms with mouldy smells, non functional bathrooms with blocked toilet and dirty old towels. Dirty carpets and very hard bed that made my elderly mother unable to sleep. Breakfast was very ordinary (had better in 2 stars Hotels).

Over rated. The hotel run down need an upgrade

The location was great and the breakfast varied. Rooms were big and with a nice view of the river. Staff were very thoughtful and super helpful

No hot water in the evening for a shower

1.We had an issue when we checked out. The front desk told us they couldn't find the laundry bag in our room. If they couldn't find it, we would be charged $100,000 VND. When I came in the room, around 9pm, we were tired after a long day in a car, we didn't check the laundry bag. So, we were not sure we would be responsible for the loss. My friends who stayed in that room weren't in the lobby when we checked out, so we couldn't check it with her. My sister had to call them asking about the bag and they told us they didn't see it. We told the front desk we didn't take the bag. After that, they told us their staff didn't put the bag in our room. We are not happy with what they told us. They should have checked it with their staff FIRST before they asked the customers. That made us so uncomfortable and unhappy. It's 5 star hotel and staff should be trained well enough to deal with a very small issue like this. 2.The carpet in the room is pretty old and it should be replaced as well. 3.We appreciated a front desk check-in staff upgraded one room to the river view for my family. 4. The location is great, jus a short walk to Cai Rang boat station for Cho Noi Boat tour.
