The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable & the staff were very friendly & helpful. The location was easy to find & was only a walking distance to "West Tigers" League club.

The other tenants were very inconsiderate, not worried about banging and talking loud while others are trying to sleep. The room didn't have very good lighting, ok if you just need to find your way through the room, not good if you need to see to write.

it was very convenient to our travel arrangements. The room was very clean except for something on the wall behind the door in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a great experience

they won’t help you if you have an emergency case and need to cancel the booking. we are backpacker, got scamed and had no more money as we had to pay ~$4.500. we needed money and they didn’t wanted to cancel anything. the reason was cause I booked on booking and there is nothing possible but booking told me that I have to talk with the accomodation as this is not refundable as long the accomodation doesn’t allow it.

This is budget accommodation, and unlike most budget accommodation almost everything was at a decent standard. The room was relatively large, it was CLEAN, the bathroom OK. Room had all the essentials (blankets, fridge, microwave, kettle, iron, desk, useable powerpoints). Very little train/traffic noise. Check in open till 11pm. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Pillows terrible; no support for your neck. Half rooms are upstairs, no lift etc (it's an old-fashioned motel!). Not a problem for me, but would be for some and should be made clear. There is nothing actually nice about the room; but that's not what you expect in this kind of accommodation. Good train/bus services 10 mins walk away.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the shower excellent pressure.

The night we stayed we had horrible neighbours next to us. They were noisy and swearing and fighting with each other. we had to be awake at 3am for a flight so neither me or my 6 year old and 11 year old got any sleep. Also no phone in room I had to call reception at 1am on my mobile to complain about the people next door. We did stay another night after we flew back into Sydney and that one was great. It was quite.

The room was clean and comfortable the shower was amazing. It was quite and cosy. There’s a few food places around like KFC, maccas. which is great when you have kids and don’t want to go out for dinner.

Everything was excellent on this stay.

smelled funny, wasn’t super clean (especially bathroom). bathroom was very small and cramped (toilet was right next to bathroom door and shower so super cramped when trying to have a shower etc). Price probably too high for what it was.

the free parking was great, our room had a microwave and a fridge which was very useful with the kids. The wifi worked well as well. Location of the motor inn too was great as it was very close to train stations which made our sydney sightseeing trip very comfortable.

the only thing was the sheets on the beds had some spots on them and didnt appear hygenic (so if you can carry your own layer above like we had , it wont bother you as much). Also the floor of the room was sticky (so keep your shoes on)

.We requested an early checkin between 1 and 2 pm. This was agreed to by email. When we got there at 1.30 pm they could not find the booking and knew nothing about an early check in. They told us the check in time was 3pm. The website states check in time as 2 pm. They gave us a room which was not ready . We went away while they cleaned the room. We came by train which was the reason we requested an early checkin. Room was quite noisy with an internittant clicking all night. Dont know what it was. Beds were very hard.
