Considero que el precio es un poco elevado para lo que brinda el hotel. Es buen hospedaje, tranquilo, limpio y bien ubicado, pero nada más.

Great location, nice hotel, lives up to the brand. Excellent staff, great attention to detail and incredible house keeping. Although located in a mall, free parking worked flawlessly and well, I love trains and they move right on the back of the property (though you wouldn't hear a thing at night).

The shower and washbasin outlets had some scale which impeded a nice flow of water, specially at the basin. I chose this hotel as they list breakfast being served from 6am, and I needed to be at work at 7 so... anyway, Wednesday and Thursday 6:20am and breakfast wasn't totally ready, Friday 6:35am and not even scrambled eggs weren't done being me the only guest eating at the time I had to resign myself with some salty chilaquiles and a couple pastries...

Rooms are very quite despite the railway in the back of the hotel. Breakfast is excellent! Many restaurants and shops near the hotel. Front desk people very friendly! Good security.

Heating in my room was sometimes not working right. First night did not work, the next two nights it did not stop anymore when the temp was reached.
