It was in a good location, easily accessible at any time.
They served good breakfast, tastes good than some restaurants.
they have a good parking.
No cleanliness, walls of rooms were completely damped with water. It needs a good maintenance.
Bed and cult was very old, felt uncomfortable to sleep in.

Only hotel location
Entire trip was spoiled booking this hotel via booking.com not even get hot water when your are staying in hillstation charging Rs 2000 + taxes per night.No towels,no TV,no cleanliness,flush is not working,furniture mainly bed and coats are at extremely in bad condition,I was wondering how booking.com is cheated by this beggers by spoiling the reputation by showing other hotel pictures in the site.
Attn:They are not ready to give bill also by collecting 12% gst,I am also working in hospitality industry I will never book a hotel with Booking.com,this was first and last experience with booking. Com

Hot water to all rooms may pl be switched on little bit earlier ie instead of 7am 5.30am or 6 am may be provided.if possible to each room separately.

Facilities (no room heater,bathroom heater not working,no kitchen,no wifi)

Walls are damp, mattress is also damp, Colour Scales falling from walls in all room, Rooms are not clean, no geyser, hot water facility only from 8:30 AM, Age old Box TV, Toilet faucets and flush not working in many rooms

Everything was bad specially the service. Whenever asked for anything they said 10 mins and made us wait for more than 2-3 hours even for hot water.
