The place is not far from the center of Nancy, staff is nice and respond fast for room damage. Wifi connection is in good quality and support fluent online meetings. Room face to an open space, very quiet.

Trash cans and kettles were not emptied. Annoying noise when sewers are being used. The room was kind of dark in the night.

The room is spacious and has a kitchenette. There is a supermarket right underneath the hotel. Parking is available at the hotel, they even give you a remote.

There is no 24h reception and the receptionist doesn't talk English. Check-in is a bit complicated and the entire process is a bit confusing. The main entrance has a code which is written on an envelope but if we wouldn't meet someone at the door, we wouldn't get it (I guess this is because we couldn't speak French nor they speak English). On our second day, we return to our room around 17:00 and they haven't started the room service yet. The shower has a very light curtain that flies and makes the entire shower experience a nightmare. There is no shelf to put stuff (soap & shampoo). It's 25min walk from the historical part of the town. The hotel doesn't have AC.

The room is spacious and the facilities include a kitchenette, microwave. It's convenient.

No one is on duty on the first floor on weekends, it will be inconvenient if there is a problem with check-in.

It's a good value for money. The bed and bathroom where clean. The hotel is located 17min away from train station. The kitchen was very useful.

There was a very load noise every time I open the water. The smell in the bathroom. No place to eat nearby, specially if you arriving in the evening hours.

Secure parking. Large bed. This is a student residence but it was quiet. Don't expect a hotel but there's everything you need. 15m walk into Nancy centre. For breakfast, turn left outside and left at the next junction - halfway down on the right there's a super boulangerie called Cilla's. with good coffee/croissant/pain au raisin etc and great sandwiches when you leave for elsewhere.

For the price is was excellent value. Some reading lights would have been nice. It's tricky to park outside to pick up your key and fob for the car parking (on the right). On Google, the petrol station is no longer there.

Location not too far (15 min walk) from Place Stanislas. Kitchen facilities useful for chilling our French cheese we'd bought to take back to the UK the next day! Reasonable room rate, free and secure parking.

Very difficult to find as the apartment is not marked from outside. The website pictures of the exterior are out of date; there is no longer a petrol station underneath the building. We drove up and down the street a few times before searching for it on foot! Room smelled unpleasantly of cigarette smoke. No hairdryer, which might not matter to many guests but I found inconvenient.

The room was great, there is gated parking that belongs to several buildings. We came after working hours and it was no problem getting into the room. The bed was comfy. There is a gas station under the building.

The parking was absolutely safe. The room was quite nice. The bathroom was stunning and sparkling clean.

Would be nice if you add one more pan to fry or stir fry food. It was so little option to cook our food.
