Since we are travelling for my parents medication, the location is very good since its very close to Island Hospital Penang.

There was the time where they had to fix the pipes and we could not used the toilet for few hours and it was very annoying. Since our room located in the same level as the badminton field, we can hear it clearly the sound of them while playing and it was disturbing our resting time.

Breakfast was very basic and we decided not to try.

Our room faced the main road and we could hear the traffic noise all through the night.

The facilities in the common area was clean and tidy. the staff at reception is freindly and informative..most of the areas easy accessable. we like the keuw teuy goreng and the scrable eggs. so tasteful even there is not much of menu to choice.

the rooms was noisy from the roads side as well from the hotel corridor.there no iron provided and the hand dryer is not working.

we didnt have windows to outside, therefore no sunlight; there was no fruit or vegetables for breakfast (you could pay extra for fruit platter)

staff behaviour was so Amiable and generous but doesn't mean much when you don't have anything to accomplish customer requirements۔ 1) Very few things were available in breakfast Bread, jam, butter and coffee (without creamer). 2) My room had 2 single beds, but online booking showed extra large bed (your application need to upgrade) 2 single begs were not enough for three people including a 4 yrs kid which I mentioned while booking. 3) in this peak season hotel management didn't arrange extra mattress if in case someone demand۔
