Soggiorno veramente piacevole. La struttura si trova in una posizione comodissima per spostarsi nelle zone limitrofe e a pochi km dal centro storico di Modica. Dotata di parcheggio privato comodissimo. Siamo stati accolti da Margherita con un ottimo spuntino di benvenuto, la camera era organizzata molto bene e nel frigo abbiamo trovato acqua e succhi di frutta freschi in quantità. Ottima la pulizia della camera. Molto buona la colazione con buffet dolce e salato: i dolci sono preparati ogni giorno dalla signora Stefania. Faccio i miei complimenti a Stefania e Margherita per l’ottima accoglienza e i servizi offerti.

In camera non c’è uno stendino ma è possibile stendere i panni nella ringhiera del terrazzo, solo come consiglio un piccolo stendino lo metterei a disposizione dei clienti.

We had a pleasant stay at La Piccola Locanda. Our host, a charming Sicilian lady, was genuinely warm and quickly addressed a small issue with our room. The home made pistachio cake with ricotta cream was a delightful treat, and her version of the Modica-style chocolates was a unique taste of Sicilian tradition. Recommended for a cozy Sicilian experience.

If you're planning to spend your last night in Sicily, La Piccola Locanda in Modica should be your destination of choice. This bed and breakfast offers a heartwarming experience, a testament to Sicilian hospitality. The room was supremely comfortable, furnished in a manner that immediately makes you feel at home. Waking up to a scrumptious breakfast was the ideal way to kickstart our day. The spread featured a variety of options, each as delightful as the next. One of the highlights of La Piccola Locanda is its central location in Modica. We found it incredibly easy to reach and an excellent base for walking explorations of this charming city. Parking can often be an issue in busy towns, but not here. The availability of inside parking was not just convenient but also gave us peace of mind about the safety of our vehicle. The owner is an incredibly nice lady who went above and beyond to accommodate us. On our last day, as we planned to explore Modica before heading to Pozzallo for the ferry, she graciously offered to keep our luggage in her office. While in Modica, don’t miss out on visiting Café Adamo. Their pastries are sinfully delicious and round off the experience of this delightful town perfectly. I highly recommend La Piccola Locanda for anyone looking to explore Modica or needing a comforting stop before catching a ferry. You will leave with fond memories and perhaps even a bit of reluctance to say goodbye to Sicily. Would I stay again? Absolutely. Would I recommend it to friends and family? In a heartbeat. Room was very very clean. Bed was big and very comfortable. Small Fridge and climatisation were available in the room. We were welcomed with some fresh lemon drink and sweets. Our hosts had a huge sense of hospitality and we really appreciated this stay after Syracuse visit. Parking was available in the property. Very nice garden. Fabulous breakfast with handmade food and delicious juice.

I expected older house. The location is not near the center. You should use a car. Parking in the old town is easy and not expensive.

The property is just outside Modica BAssa historic centre. A 5 minute drive gets you there. Private parking is inside a gated courtyard, so it's secure. Room was adequately sized with a comfortable bed and easily warmed up. Spotlessly clean. Bathroom is also adequately sized with good pressure in the shower. The owner is a very nice lady who also offered home made Modica chocolate. Good wifi. A breakfast room was well equipped and things left there for the morning breakfast included juices, ham/cheese/mozzarella/tomatoes, home made cake, a coffee machine and kettle for tea, milk etc. Highly recommended

It's not a complaint, just a note that if you arrive by car you need to go from the back entrance from the road behind to enter the courtyard. Google maps will take you to the front where you cannot get in.

Great hospitality, beautiful garden, private parking. The host and people who work in this place are super nice. I was welcomed with a home made lemonade and sweets, really refreshing after a long road. The breakfast is excellent - home made cakes, cheese, yogurt, fruits. The place to stay in Modica!

Enjoyed my stay, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast excellent and the all place was spotless. I recommend this b&b 100%
