Tous les membres du personnel étaient très aimables et attentifs, un GRAND MERCI à eux pour commencer ! Merci pour ce bel accueil, avec une mention spéciale à Kerolis pour sa gentillesse et son aide précieuse. L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable. Son emplacement est idéal, avec un accès facile aux transports en commun, notamment la station de métro Al-Jadaf, parfaite pour explorer la ville. Le service de navette est également très pratique. Le service de chambre est impeccable, et les repas, sous forme de buffet, sont variés chaque jour. Le petit-déjeuner est tout aussi agréable, avec de nombreuses options pour satisfaire tous les goûts, et les équipes du petit déjeuner sont disponibles, professionnelles, et incroyablement gentilles. Un séjour très agréable, je recommande !

Great staff especially Concierge. It was a very welcoming atmosphere and the facilities were excellent.

Quite a bit of noise coming up from the pool area at night and I couldn't properly lock the windows in an attempt to block the noise.

Hotel was so good. We reserved only buffet breakfast room. Everyfood very delicious and they has good taste. Reception is so happy and helpful person. If we have any problem we could ask both phone and face to face . Everytime they care with us. Rooms very clean and housekeepers so careful. Everyday housekeepers gave coffee, tea, cup and water and then they changed towels , cleaned rooms. I can give advice you can try there

we stayed here in 2011 and we just knew we wanted to stay at Arabian Park again ,we stayed now in OCT 2024 23- 26th, the service , the hotel location, the staff , the area is a good area as well, and has met our expectations and beyond, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is filling and wide variety, the fruits are delicious the watermelon was very tasty, the metro is convenient to use in dubai and the station Al Jaddaf is a short walk away , the bus stop is 100m away, and the taxis are always not very far of, when we come again will definitely stay here,

everything was great. nothing was bad . would defintely stay here again.
