TM Hotel Düsseldorf's prime location was a significant advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular landmarks, renowned restaurants, and vibrant shopping districts. This allowed me to explore the city effortlessly and make the most of my time during my stay.

My booking was somehow duplicated so that I was assigned two rooms instead of one. Stuff like that happens, but in a responsible hotel the staff will make some effort to straighten things out. In this case, no one deigned to lift a finger to cancel and refund the extraneous booking. After I left, both I and Booking tried to reach them by email & phone, but they stonewalled us. Eventually Booking refunded me out of their own pocket, for which I'm grateful. But I have never been so flummoxed by a hotel’s laziness and chaotic management. The room itself was fairly shabby. There was no telephone, and the sofa was badly stained. My room opened onto the street, which was filled with drunken revellers. There was deafening dance music blasting all night through the thin windows.

This is a tiny hotel at a great location in old town. The room I stayed in was recently renovated, and was fresh.

Some noise from the corridor. I recommend to request a room in the top floors.

Our experience at TM Hotel was by far the best! The room was extremely clean and the highlight was the freshness of the towels and sheets! Additionally the staff was the most friendliest that I have ever met and the communication great. The location was very accessible and convenient, just in the heart of the Old City. We will definitely come back!!!

the TV in the room didn’t work, and the very late return of partygoers woke us up in the earlier hours of the morning…not the worst thing in the world, but it would be good to have the receptionist note to guests, in future, to be considerate of others if returning late at night.

Great location.

The room right in front of reception (A.11) is problematic due to noise. We also had a very strong aroma sticks in the room. I moved them to the bath and the room started to smell like someone smoked previously in the room. After midnight there was some noise at reception, which didn't let us sleep well. It turned out it was related with fixing the camera (is it worth fixing it at midnight?). Cherry on the cake -- no hot water in the shower in the late morning.
