I liked the rather central location of the place.

The photos of the hotel on booking.com are false advertising. It looks like you´re going to a nice hotel but in reality it´s dark, cold and dingy - nothing like the photos. I didn´t like that we couldn´t get inside the hotel upon arrival and getting in was a mess. Talk about a relaxing vacation! We were instructed to take a room key from the counter (I asked: "ANY room key?!", they hung up... So I made a decision by looking into each room and matching it with our booking being "Two single bed") but later our things were moved to another room (with just 1 bed, not two as per booking) whilst were out which resulted in me losing a pair of good leggings and a sports bra in Venice! I didn´t like that the AC in our room was broken and they knew about it and didn´t even provide us an electric heater in mid-October with all that humidity (although I did ask for it). I didn´t like that the TV didn´t work (no signal). I didn´t like that the towel rack in the bathroom wasn´t working and that they didn´t empty our trash for several days. I didn´t like the mold stains in the bathroom and that there were no blankets, only some sort of heavy thin bed covers which doesn´t exactly grant you a cozy night´s sleep. Am I a high-maintenance customer? I don´t think I am...? Oh, and we weren´t replaced the toilet paper when it ran out (even though I asked for a spare roll from the get-go)! Embarrassed to admit it but because of that we had to take matters to our own hands and scour for the toilet paper from the forbidden staff´s closet. We did find it, whole 2 rolls! The victory was ours! We jumped up and down, we laughed, we high-fived, we embraced as we danced in this winning... and without shame I admit that we took it. We knew it was wrong but god damn it, we deserve SOME luxury!

L’emplacement +++ quartier hyper sympas et animé mais l’hôtel reste dans une ruelle calme. Arrêt de vaporreto à 5 min vraiment pratique !

Aucun membre du personnel (à part la femme de chambre), ni à l’arrivé ni au départ.. Heureusement qu’un couple qui était arriver avant on appeler l’hôtel pour nous ouvrir.. après vous avez votre clef (chambre + entrée hôtel) avec votre nom et numéro de chambre et vous êtes en total autonomie.. vaut mieux qu’ils vous arrivent rien.. Pas assez de papier toilette (pas réapprovisionner après le ménage). Porte de chambre très fine donc on entend tout mais pas dérangeant plus que ça (si bon sommeil)

La cena incluida era buena.

Pésima la atención del personal. Había leído que otras personas habían tenido problemas para realizar el check in, ya que no había personal en el hotel, por lo que me contacté previamente con ellos para evitar problemas. Me aseguraron que no habría ningún problema, pero al llegar al hotel, efectivamente no había nadie que abriera. Escribí al contacto que tenía y no me respondieron. Después de aproximadamente una hora esperando (además estaba lloviendo), una persona del aseo me abrió y me entregó las llaves de la habitación. Durante las 2 noches que pasé ahí, nunca vi personal en la recepción.

La ubicación

Es como un hotel fantasma, no he llegado a ver al personal en recepción ninguno de los tres días que estuvimos. Gracias a que cuando llegamos estaba la mujer de la limpieza que nos pudo dar las llaves, tuvimos que ir al restaurante donde te incluye la cena el último día para dar nuestra documentación a la camarera que hizo una foto. Restaurante que ni si quiera están los dueños del hotel 🤷‍♀️ Pude hablar un día con la dueña por teléfono y como no me entendía terminó colgándome. El aire acondicionado muy bien en la pared pero no había mando que pedí y nunca llegó… pero menos mal que hay calefacción y no pasas frío, eso sí, no para de sonar aire y agua en toda la noche. Tuvimos que comprar papel higiénico y gel porque solo había un papel y el gel de la ducha a parte de estar aguado tenía toda la parte de abajo negro que estaba asqueroso…

Bei Fragen/Schlüssel niemand erreichbar! Wählt man die angegebene Tel.Nr. meldet sich niemand da nicht anwesend. Amwesend war nur die Reinigungsdame die kein Englisch spricht!! Auch keine Internetverbing ein absolutes NOgo!!!!!!

The location was not in the high traffic tourist area, so it was pretty quiet. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the Ponte Rialto and about 10-15 minutes more to Piazza San Marco. The staff was friendly and helpful. We needed to arrange for a taxi for 5:30 am Sunday morning, and the staff assisted us, ensuring we made our early morning flight. A good place to stay if you are only looking for a bed to sleep in and expect to eat all your meals in restaurants and cafes.

This is really a no frills hotel. The front desk is rarely staffed, and the room and bathroom were quite small. There was no telephone or coffee maker in the room. The number of outlets was minimal (one on each side of the bed and one in the bathroom).

Location is good.

Worst experience ever in Venice. We booked this stay for our parents anniversary because we liked the location and the rooms look based on the photos they have on booking and on their website. We even contacted the hotel that the booking is for a special occasion and we asked for specific rooms. Note that the booking was made several months before the stay. And guess what… Our parents were accommodated in a smaller room with almost no light which was not even closer to any of their rooms you can see during the reservation and any available photos. We were very upset with the situation and called booking support but guess what the hotel didn’t respond anything. Request was made by booking for a room change with no result of course. What we got was just 10% refund but that’s nothing compared with the whole experience. If we knew that something like this is going to happen we would go for another hotel. Just avoid staying here!

I was supposed to have a breakfast included for the price but they ended up not offering it. So not fair for the price and offer.
