Room was spacious and clean.

The air conditioning was controlled from the reception. I had to wake up during the night to ask the receptionist to switch it off. The worst part was the noise. Right next to the tram line and the windows were poor quality. We couldn't sleep at all.

The air conditioning is so bad, controlled from the reception, it's either so cold in one room and hot in another. and turns off automatically at 3 am so I have to go for the reception who treats you bad as for sure you have to wake him up to turn on the air conditioning and blames it on the system of the central air conditioning, not welcoming. And if you want to open the windows, you are next to the line of tram and it will be so noisy. So as a place you want to sleep in, it was not a good experience to me at all. Not comfy place.

Great location, tram 30 minutes to the city center. Room clean and AC great for the weather!

Very friendly owner. Clean and nice. A bit far from center, but just across the hotel is bus station for the line that go to the city center. We were by car, so we were looking for hotel that is away from center in because of parking, but jet, to be well connected with it. So, for us location was just perfect.

Basic equipment in room, but you really don't need more :)

the staff is amazing, very friendly. location wise: it’s a bit far from downtown but the tram is 1 min walk and will take you downtown. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable

the distance to the city

Very kind receptionist, the room was very cozy and comfortable, it felt like coming home every night. There's a bus station located conveniently near the hotel and through there you can easily access landmarks for sightseeing.

Good value for money

Everything was perfect except the trams that were a little noisy going on the street next to the hotel.

Hard to communicate with host at the time , bring a translation app with you. Quite noisy at night, as it's off a main road

The first thing I liked was the staff! Check in wasn’t until later and he let us in hours before so sweet oh the staff honestly!! He said they had already cleaned so that it was fine, and I believe him,they cleaning ladies were always polite and I can tell they were always hardworking. Plus the room was super clean when i got it

I didn’t LOVE the location, but hey what can you do. Although many of trains were very easy to get and take you to the Milan CathedrAl :) loved that as well as it took us to he train station to leave Milan. There is also a super market right next door ! That was a bonus and a really cool thrift store down the street
