Location is good

The air-conditioning in our room is not cold

it was tidy and clean. and its in the middle of the town

booked early but the room that i booked was unavailable. when i arrived there they receptionist says that i canceled the booking when i did’nt. it was not a good experience for me as it was my first time going to johor. Going to johor in the future yes, surely. but for grand halmark hotel. I wont be staying there ever again.

The design of the room. Some instant cup noodle and drinking water provided in the room.

The carpeted hallway make it hard to push your luggages around. The carpet is very old and looks filthy. Everything is self-service from the time you arrive at the hotel entrance. The staff would not be bothered to help even when they saw you're struggling alone with bringing your luggages. Room is not soundproofed. You can easily get disturbed by the noise coming from the next room. And Yes! Any noise can be heard! TV is not working!

In the picture the room looks so nice but when seen it direct seriously out... And when i request for changing room the customer services didn't bother and i booked for mirror room but i didn't get that room also.. Better stay at oyo hotel then going here... Seriously regret to stay at ur hotel.. Very bad services and water heater also not heat... Waste of money...
