If you’re looking for somewhere quiet to unwind and relax, this is the hotel to visit. It is a relaxing and peaceful hotel.

The security guards connected us with scam tourists travel agency and when we complained to the reception they explained that they are not responsible for the security guards behaviour and that he is new and that it’s not their responsibility… quite disappointing because we were confident because he was a hotel employee..
After that the room was really hot and the food very average

i liked everything, i had really a wonderful vacation. everything was great! big thanks to Mary, Dismas, the manager and the rest of the staff for helping me to have an amazing time in this very nice hotel.

Very lonely place, there is no kind or way of entertainment (music,band,) soooo quiet, resort is almost empty , beach is not swimmable coz full of seaweeds

Was denied access to taking photos with my camera man ...they should reconsider that ..I was told I can only take photos outside the premises... considering I have been there twice I took it personally as selfish.how do you advertise your place without guests taking photos?you will loose clients in that manner.allow taking photos within your premises.

The staff make this place special. Everyone was very professional and friendly and always tried to give us a good time. The resort is very clean, very quiet, beautiful location on the beach, and the 80sqm suite is fantastic. We were lucky that it wasn't busy so very relaxed and quiet. We'll definitely be back

great room. good swimming pools. a problem with the shower was quickly fixed. very friendly and helpful reception and good customer service across the staff - as we were leaving 2 of the chefs were walking by and insisted on taking our bags to the car.

Great location right on the beach, I really enjoyed my stay at Kilili resort; the manager Mary was very accommodating and the staff went out of the its way to assist us. The spa and the swimming pool is absolutely gorgeous, I swam after dark & looking up the dark blue sky and the twinkly stars it was absolutely magical almost like a dream. During the four week stay I had in Malindi I tried different resorts and I found this one to be the best resort.
