Generally the property and the location is good.

We left the wallet in the room and there were 150 eur stolen !!

Lovely location. Rooms were big and well equipped.

Anything extra cost money. Beach towels were charged at €5 per towel per change of towel (cheaper to buy a towel on arrival). I asked for an extra bed to be put in the room for an extra guest.... it cost €150 for 5 nights and was so uncomfortable we had to use the mattress only and discard the bed..... no refund offered.

Simple and clean. No surprises. Good sound proof. Excelent location. Bus station in front of the hotel. Close to beach and many good restaurants. Georgina, the host, is super nice.

Old furniture. Very small bathroom shower. The pool is old. Photos look better than reality. The building from the exterior looks bad.

Georgina is an amazing hostess! She really makes sure the guests have everything they need in their rooms, gives helpful advice how to get around, and arranges the transportation to the airport. It's a family-run apartment complex, located at the most perfect location in the small locality along the main route from Chania towards the west. As a solo traveller, I was fortunate to be able to arrange everything with her, so that I can be without any worries during my stay. I stayed at two types of rooms, economy studio and regular sea-view apartment, both on upper floor. Both are perfectly fine, with sea-view having an amazing view, while the economy studio is quieter at night. The apartments have many amenities: air conditioning (sea-view has two), fridge, full kitchen and utensils, microwave (sea view room), washing basin and drying rack for clothes, basically everything you could need! The rooms are really clean and really well-maintained. The sea-view apartment is also pleasantly colour-coordinated in a sea theme. There is also Wi-Fi and a TV, which I never turned on during the stay. The sea-view apartment also has terrace chairs and table. The photos speak for themselves, with one of them capturing a beautiful rainbow in the morning. It's beachfront - direct access to the beach. Shops, restaurants, bus stop, bakery, are really walking distance from this property, it's amazing how close everything is! The hotel also has a nice swimming pool with varying depth, which I suppose is great for families with kids. I never used it, as I basically spent all the time inside the sea :)

Water on the bathroom floor in the economy studio is not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning. There is a broom that can be used as a workaround.

Very clean apartment on the beach. Georgina was really helpful when we asked about anything. The daily cleaning of the apartment by Christina, always with a smile, and the frequent change of sheets and towels were very much appreciated. The kitchen was well supplied with just about any electrical appliance that you would need on holiday. There was a large and very clean swimming pool and a gate giving direct access to the beach.

For families with young children there was a beach club next door with fun things for children.

The host was a super kind lady who explained everything and offered us to stay until afternoon in another room so that we could take a shower and change our clothes before going to the airport. location was great too with a direct access to the beach.

I found the hotel was right in the middle of everything stores, restaurant, great location on the beach. I would recommend this hotel. The staff very friendly. The owner was very nice she helped us told us where to go . Very clean hotel.

Great location, you get out of the hotel right on the beach. The pool was lovely for windy days, when we couldn't go to the beach. The room was big and very confortable. It was cleaned daily. Overall, we had a lovely vacation here and we would love to come back in the future.

We stayed in the beachfront room. The view from the room is really something. Location is great too. Close to the airport and the beach is stunning. Georgina is always on hand and very accomodating.

Perhaps the shower could have been modernised or a little more storage for clothes. Very minor details though.

Georgina and her help are very nice and endlessly helpful people. Georgina solved all of requests. The apartment is very comfortable and clean and fantastic view to the sea exactly the same like the pictures. The location of it is perfect direct link to the Main Street and beach as well.

This was our second visit and Georgina was as amazing as ever. She made us feel very welcome, and was always there to help with any enquiries we had.

it has been so nice and we would definitely return. The location and rooms are really good. There is nothing to complain about. The owner is very helpful and nice.

Bar soap and shampoo were not offered. Beach towels were also not provided and we were not allowed to use room towels for beach.
