Not much of a light in the room, Pillows aren’t comfy tho bed was a bit ok.

The receptionist (who was on duty for a nightshift) is very friendly and approachable. The morning duties were not. The room is very spacious!

Color of the walls are light blue which gives more gloom to the room which lacks lighting. The room is not sound-proofed protected by a typical glass door window. The head board has dust build-up. A small cockroach showed up in the shower door and a mosquito lurking around. We immediately purchased a mosquito repelling lotion for our baby. The receptionists who were on duty in the morning is not that accommodating. Room service is not available 3pm onwards. You need to the receptionist instead, wherein we were not oriented before we checked in. Wifi is a necessity. But, in this hotel,it was a struggle to get a connection. We were staying at the 3rd floor and the receptionist told us to go in the lobby to get a strong wifi connection.
