The place is absolutely filthy, rusty showers, curtain rails, windows and kitchen utensils. Full of Coackroaches and bed mites, stuffy smell, worse Day2 there was a smell of Gas coming from air conditions and no one came to assist till i insisted for a change of rooms. We don't even know our host name, she would ignore our text and didn't even come to introduce herself. Absolute poor service. She advised that pest control would come but they never did and we needed to keep following up, even their 2nd apartment at Eastpoint had Coackroaches they don't clean these places, the bed and pillows are extremely uncomfortable.

the toilet in passage is leaking

no room cleaners. leaking toilet, sliding door to the porch not closing,it was just uncomfortable I’m extremely disappointed

The bed bugs. The folding door couldn't open widely. It needed maintanance

The place was beautiful and clean. Waking up to that ocean view was breathtaking. Security level on point , cleaning staff amazing. I will def book again in future.

The location is perfect.

The bed was uncomfortable they need to change the mattress. The place needs some maintenance. The main bathroom shower door is not there so after showering then there's water all over. The main door also can be fixed.

Our stay was fantastic in this self-catering apartment, Lucky the security who was on duty when we checked in he was so kind, polite and gentle he made everything easy and smoothly for us. The apartment is allocated in a safe and secured environment and was so homely, clean and comfortable, this apartment have a great sea view from the sitting room and bedroom have a breathtaking sea view as well. Wi-Fi was excellent and we were connected all the time we even had smart TV my kids really felt at home hence they watched all their favourite programs on Netflix and YouTube without any disruption. The host Philile Khumalo she made sure that we were comfortable during our stay she checked up on us just to make sure we were okay and she was always polite and friendly. I would definitely book this apartment again and highly recommended.

The place has BED BUGS which made sleeping and staying on the couch was uncomfortable. The bathroom weren't squeaky clean upon arrival.

The place is clean and neat. A home away from home. Well furnished and clean! We loved that it's close to the beach and ushaka marine, walking distance.

Nothing worth mentioning, but they might wanna look at giving room service when guests are staying over 2 days, E.g we were unsure where to take bin and needed fresh towels. Other than that the place is a home away from home!

Place was awesome.

But u have to seriously deep clean and maintain the unit better. Fix whats brokf and pls wash throw pillows and couches make sure everything is smelling fresh.

I liked the view , comfort and the place was easily accessible to everything my family and I needed . A great holiday destination indeed .

I did not like the fact that I could not be accommodated when I had a crisis on the morning my family and I were supposed to check in . My family and I left JHB for Durban at 06:00 am . Three hour later on the road my daughter got sick with an asthma attack , soon afterwards the car we were travelling broke down and we had to tow it back to JHB . I tried to at least to have the trip postpone to no avail . The whole time I was in contact with Zinhle . When I realised that we were going to lose the whole amount paid for the booking , I booked a plane from OR Tambo which we arrive 25 mins before departure and could not border the plane . My daughter's asthma was not settling down . Eventually we got a plane the next morning . Now the trip was now less by one day which we had paid for but worse of all my husband could no longer join the family and I had to deal with my daughter who was not feeling so great . I wish each and every cases would be treated on its own merit as relevant proof of my situation could have been provided , if only I was given the opportunity to postpone the trip to a near future and enjoy the trip with my family .

The place is clean and internet is good, plus there is netflix and youtube. The beachfront location, stunning!

Towels provided needs to be replaced, they are worn-out. Common bathroom, the water from the shower goes out from the bathroom. Light in the sitting room, not working.
