The breakfast was good with a great variety of choices. There is a spa with free facilities, pool, steam, sauna and hammam. Unfortunately the steam room was not working and when I asked about the hammam, I was told I can use it but I would have to do it myself, I have never been in a hammam so I had no idea what do it myself meant, otherwise it was a lovely place to stay. THE SHOWER IS AMAZING!!!!!! Yes that requires capital letters, I could have spent hours there if it wasn't so wasteful....enjoy the shower!

facilities were fab. I absolutely loved spa side. and rooms were spacious.
I didn’t like the location and it’s sort of dead area. and my room was not cleaned there was hair wrapped around hair dryer and hair on bathroom’s floor. lamps had dust sitting.

kaan on the front desk was excellent at helping out, in fact all the staff at the reception desk were great and helpful. the rooms were nice and clean, the pool was lovely and clean, I’m glad it was indoors as it rained for two days whilst we were there.
the distance from the blue mosque you need to get a taxi, ferry and a metro to get to the blue mosque or taksim square etc

overall its nice
1- there is no socket near to the mirror to connect the hairdryer.
2- i have noticed that the staff hotel staff (like the room service and restaurant delivery) smells, its not in this hotel only, its in most hotels in turkey.
